Personalen + lokalisationen. Bra frukost och restaurang
Fanns inget varmt vatten att duscha i, sänker betyget avsevärt. Har man varit ute en hel dag ser man fram emot en varm dusch… det fanns ingen tv på rummet vilket är skönt att ha på innan läggdags för att kunna se lite nyheter. Inget schampo / dylikt i duschen
Enkel god frokost.
Litt mer vennlig velkomst fra resepsjon kanskje. Ung jente tok imot oss, tydelig lite erfaring og lite serviceinnstilt. Blir vel bedre med mere arbeidserfaring. Men førsteinntrykket er viktig……
Nydelig omgivelser. Lys og fin spisesal med panoramautsikt mot fjellheimen. Gode senger.
Bassenget bar preg av dårlig renhold. Svart belegg på vannivåslutt som er lett å fjerne. Kloakklukt i ganger. På rommets bad luktet det innestengt røyklukt som var veldig intens.
Dårlig merking hvor resepsjon lå. Store bygg med mange og lange ganger. Gikk unødvendig mye for å finne frem. Dyrt

Rommene. Delvis oppusset, dårlig bad. Malte vegger på hotellrommet, men ikke et bilde på veggene. Lange mørke korridorer med dårlig skilting.
Rommet var kald, bade var møkkete, manglet både tv og kjøleskap. Absolutt et alt for dyrt rom til den pengen jeg betalte!

Ikke tv på rommet. Badet innbyr ikke til trivsel i hele tatt.
