Te obligan a pagarles propina cuando en Colombia la propina es voluntaria pedí un cereal con yogur nunca les pedí cocinar fruta en el yogur y me estaban cobrando 20 mil por la porción de fruta su restaurante es carísimo

Cómodo e íntimo, sin mucha gente ni caos.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho que pudiéramos disfrutar de la piscina desde temprano para evitar tanto sol.
Aunque al principio nos entregaron una habitación diferente a la que reservé, tan pronto como me comuniqué me respondieron y reacomodaron a la que era.
También siempre tienen disponible un dispensador de agua lo cual allá resulta vital.

Nos gustó la casa, su tranquilidad y su locación alejada del centro y sobre todo la atención del personal.
Todo muy limpio. La comida muy rica.

Un rinconcito privado en la isla
Pros:

La casa hermosa, limpia, privada, la habitación excepcional!

Cons:

Se iba la energía todos los dias, podría ser bueno disponer de una planta eléctrica ya que cuando se va la energía, también se va el agua.
Adicional seria un detalle que valoraría mucho la disposición de jabón y shampoo de buena calidad

Een hidden gem! Een aanrader voor je verblijf op San Andres.
Pros:

Een klein boutique hotel op een rustige locatie en heerlijk eten! Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was erg goed.

Tranquil i confortable.
Pros:

Hem estat amb els dos fills de 2 i 8 anys i hem estat molt a gust. L’hotel és molt tranquil, lluny del soroll del centre. La piscina és genial i està molt cuidada. El personal molt amable i sempre disposats a ajudar, en especial la Chela, molt amable i carinyosa amb els nens. Si tornés a l’illa tornaria a aquest hotel.

Cons:

Potser, el lavabo de l’habitació cal renovarlo.

Would stay again, really peaceful and beautiful!
Pros:

This place feels like you’re staying at a true home not like a hotel. The ladies who work there are kind and helpful, quite motherly feel. The Accomodation is great-comfortable, peaceful and green! Love the pets they have also. Thank you for an early check in after an early morning flight 🙏

Cons:

We knew it’s isolated and away from lots of amenities but food was a tricky one. It’s around 30 mins on a scooter each way. I think the place would benefit from essentially room service as there’s no restaurants or shops nearby. Breakfast also starts at 8am which is tricky as most flights depart early from the island.

Muy costosa para el servicio las personas de servicio muy queridas, pero se nota que no avanza

Desayuno Bien Piscina Muy bien Cenas horario muy pequeño y poca oferta estuvimos muy sujetos a lo que dijera siempre el chef, aunque muy amable pocas posibilidades de cenas

Esta deteriorado respecto a ofertas que pudimos comprobar y con relaciòn al precio, muy alto para la comodidad

Nos encanto la ubicacion alejado del centro, muy tranquilo y cerca de los puntos de buceo y snorkel. La piscina muy linda . El chef espectacular muy buena cocina tpdas las noches

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento general, muchos cables sueltos y al aire dentro de la ducha de nuestra habitacion . Griferias muy antiguas que no dejan pasar bien el agua. El desayuno es muy tarde, deberian tener mas personal para atender a esa hora y que sea a las 7am porque los paseos y salidas de buceo son temprano.
