A very nice stay in lovely Cornwall.
Pros:

Lovely location, great staff and the food was excellent.

Cons:

The room was tired but we are told it is closing later in the year to have a refit. We will definitely be back to see the improvements.

Great location and views of the bustling harbour
Pros:

Great location and visited 12 years ago so a little nostalgic for us. Lovely welcoming bar staff and on check in, let down by the very abrupt gentleman serving breakfast!

Cons:

Sadly the room we stayed in needed some TLC, very basic but clean comfortable and an acceptable shower. Unfortunately the water in the sink was a trickle so even teeth cleaning was a challenge.

It was a bucket list item, and was well worth the stay! Just amazing!
Pros:

The property was full of charm and perfectly located. The staff could not do enough for us, they were so friendly but always professional. Amazing accomodation!

Pros:

Perfect location! Easy parking. A lovely welcome from two lovely ladies on reception. Bar staff very friendly & breakfast staff too. Nice room overlooking harbour car park & very comfy bed!
Good breakfast & excellent value for money.
Lovely hand was & hand lotion 🙂 & great tea, coffee & biscuit selection.

Cons:

Room decor was in need of some attention. Tiles in bathroom & lots of chipped paint.

More fruit selection choices for breakfast, perhaps. only a couple of slices of melon, a couple of stawberries, this was at 9 am.

We had a great stay in the hotel,but we was in room 15 it was a great room spacious room but the noise from the kitchen well we think it was the kitchen at 6 am in the morning

Cons:

I chose a superior room which was located at the top of the building which that was ok apart from the bathroom being slightly bigger there really wasn't any difference than the standard rooms I stayed in previously.
Rooms need a little TLC as look tired.
The floor was on a slope so when you walked on it you felt like you was going to slide.
Previous times I've stayed we were greeted with cans of local lager which was a pleasant gesture but they must of stopped that now as no gesture left.
In future I think I'll just have the standard room.
