Оптимально по цене-качеству
Pros:

Место вполне уютное и чистое, жил в одноместном номере. Окна во двор, тишина, хотя рядом крупнейшая транспортная развязка. Есть электрочайник и набор посуды для самостоятельного питания, рядом магазины. Остановка автобуса в аэропорт, в то же время - почти центр, легко выйти на самостоятельную пешую экскурсию и посетить музеи. Минус: очень скромный завтрак в кафе соседней компании (своего в гостинице нет). Возможно, лучше было пойти на завтрак в городское кафе-партнёр, на ресепшн предлагают такой вариант, но я не проверил.

Совок...и ужас
Pros:

Номере на полу в ванной ужасный коврик.
Ванна убийца, скользкая даже без мыла.
Унитазы советские.
Батарей нет. Хотя кондиционер выносной и работает даже в декабре.
Подушка тонкая и одна.
Завтрак внизу в столовке без выбора почти...каша или запеканка...с 8 до 10...и дадут что осталось. Столовка страшная...руками взять страшно что...ни то что в рот что положить...кофе 3 в одном...кусочек сыра, колбасы, масло кусочек...всё без холодильника...булочка одна...
В общем хостел....но в центре

Хороший отель, рекомендую.
Pros:

Отель удобно расположен от аэропорта и центра города.В номере все удобства, эл.чайник, холодильник, телевизор, посуда, фен.В коридоре -кулер и гладильная доска с утюгом. Завтрак входит в цену. Из недостатков- душно в номере.Есть кондиционер, но от него можно простыть.

Great location, awful service
Pros:

It was my second visit in this hotel. In my previous visit I was absolutely pleased in it, but now I wasn't.
1. WiFi wasn't working 4 out 5 days I stayed in the hotel.
2. People smoked in the restroom and the staff didn't react on it.
3. The receptionist made a lot of noise at nights - it was impossible to sleep.

Pros:

Приехал с женой в г. Уфа на свадьбу к другу.
Заселились в отель "Волна". Пробыли 3 ночи.
Понравился персонал отеля, доброжелательный, отзывчивый, любые вопросы решает оперативно.
Расположение отеля очень удобное, всё что нам было необходимо находилось рядом (магазины, кафе, парикмахерская и тп).
У меня с женой остались только светлые воспоминания о отеле "Волна".

Booking didn't exist!
Pros:

When we got to the hotel we were informed by the lady at the reception that the hotel was full. They sent us to other hotel of the same group, but it was actually not a hotel, but a flat with 4 rooms and 1 bathroom that we had to share with the other guests.
It was not a nightmare as I've tried my best to enjoy that very Russian experience, but it definitely didn't work the way it should. So, 0% guarantee you'll get what you booked.

Слишком дорого для такого сервиса
Pros:

Останавливался в бизнес-номере. Оказался обычный номер эконом класса. 2 односпальные кровати вместо одной. Номер чистый но не было ни воды попить, ни шампуня с гелем в ванной. Приехал поздно вечером- нигде не возможно было поужинать. Это все не тянет на номер за 6 т.р. за ночь.
