整夜沒睡好 ：隔音差（半夜1點聽很大的放水聲音）。房間空間小，只有床尾一小走道，只要人走過一定會碰到床尾，床便會搖晃，剛開始以為是地震，先生睡覺翻身也會搖晃，一整晚都處在地震中😭😭
走進浴室，靠近馬桶有屎味
客服人員很冷酷，一點親切感都沒有。

有特約停車場停車很方便，服務說明很親切，環境簡單整潔、步行到礁溪鬧區也不遠很方便，唯獨隔音比較不好淺眠的人需要留意一下～
雖是老建築新改裝看的見舊建築部分，但費用與住宿品質個人覺得等值。便利性也高。

三天兩夜的行程
房間較小！床也偏小！但裡面有泡湯池還不錯。
但是房間的隔音超差，兩個晚上完全無法睡覺！一直聽到隔壁、還有走廊外面跟水管的聲音。
第一、二天的櫃檯服務人員態度還不錯，詢問問題也都熱心態度良好的回答，當第三天要退房的時候櫃檯人員的態度讓我很傻眼！
拿著鑰匙到櫃檯退房⋯就只得到一句妳的發票（沒了⋯！）！無視客人！連個招呼、眼神都沒有！
正常不是要：謝謝光臨或歡迎再次光臨或再見？！
因為房間隔音差、櫃檯某服務人員的關係⋯不會再考慮入住！

沒有桌子，對商務客來說比較不方便；隨抽溫泉需放很多水量才會變熱，若僅淋浴洗澡，會有點浪費水資源，應採用儲槽與加熱系統。

訂房的時候是訂兩單床，到現場入住卻給一大床，還說他們收到的訂單是一大床，紀錄都拿出來給櫃檯看了，還在強辯，還要換沒有浴缸的房間給我們，講很久才給我們兩大床的房間，櫃檯人員應變能力極差。
房間很小，有點舊，靠浴室的牆壁斑駁，跟照片看到的有差距，房間網路極爛，根本不能用，冷氣忽冷忽熱，浴缸放水水量很小，要等很久。
早餐份量很多，還不錯

該旅店除了是溫泉飯店比較有些微的吸引力之外，其他就有需要改進的地方，如房間的隔音真的很差，入夜後一直都還可以聽到門外的吵雜聲，另外地板的地貼很老舊，有些都破裂損壞，然後地板的沙子也很多，牆壁的油漆也開始剝落，等等諸如此類的，真的有粉大需要改善的空間，以上……
