The view on the sea was amazing!

I'm going to be fully honest here, before booking I read the reviews and was a little scared, however I'm going to address 1 by 1 on everything I read

1 there was no doubt that the location is great, you can walk anywhere and everything is tops 15 minutes away, we even walked to the airport at 5 am.

Staff, always with a smile and willing to help

Rooms, they are newly remodeled and are great they have everything you need, a safe, cable, hot water (loved that), comfortable beds, and AC

Breakfast, yes it's not inside the hotel but no need to complain, 3 minute walk and service hours are very convenient for breakfast.

In general this hotel was a lot more.than I expected.

High standard everywhere in the hotel

very basic accommodation. The check-I’m staff was very rude. we stayed 5 nights and they didn’t refill the soap/shampoo.

Check in was slow, room had mold in the ceiling, toilet had water leaks overall construction was outdated

Não havia banho quente, todos os dias tive que tomar banho gelado.

Excelente ubicación, desayuno y aseo; lo único que no estaba en funcionamiento era la caja fuerte.

Nice room with sea view. Only needs WiFi in rooms. Staff very friendly. Rooms large and very clean.

DON’T STAY HERE, the people who clean your room will steal your stuff! BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU STAY HERE don’t leave your personal belongings in the room! Simple and clear! DONT STAY HERE

Good service, nice location.. but no elevator, vending machines or restaurant inside

Sobre o hotel portobelo, nos hospedamos por apenas uma noite pra ficar mais próximo ao aeroporto. O hotel tem boa localização, mas dá pra ouvir o burburinho das ruas. O quarto é grande mas achei o quarto e o hotel cheio de escadas e se tiver distraído acaba tropeçando. Eu e meu marido sempre tropeçamos. O café da manhã não era no local. Tinha que andar um quarteirão. Mas o café da manhã era beeem fraco. O café era ruim, o suco era ruim, poucas opções de pães, só duas opções de frutas. Tinham 4 pratos quentes que também não eram gostosos. O wi-fi não se conectava no quarto, nem no restaurante. apenas no saguão do hotel. Aí sempre ficavam uns grupos no saguão olhando o celular. As pessoas que atendiam eram simpáticas. Tanto da recepção, como da limpeza e do restaurante. A vantagem é que o táxi pro aeroporto foi super rápido e barato e tinham MTS opções de táxi na porta.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado pero tiene dos problemas importantes
1) El agua caliente ( en 7 dias me pude bañar con agua caliente solo una vez) cuando uno hace el reclamo siempre la excusa es diferente
2) S i te toca las piezas que dan a la calle se hace muy dificil dormir porque seguido al hotel hay un lugar que vende bebidas alcohólicas y se junta mucha gente hasta altas horas de la noche y hacen mucho disturbios

tuve que exigir el cambio de hotel, no solo reunía minimamente las estrellas que promociona la pagina.
NUNCA tuve una habitación peor. Después de discutir me trasladaron al portobelo que esta frente al casino. Ahi estuve muy conforme

La reserva que hice a traves de Hoteles.com nunca les aparecio. Y me hicieron el "favor" de enviarme a otro hotel 2 horas despues. Pesimo servicio

En general bien. El desayuno no es muy variado, las habitaciones no son elegantes, son básicas les falta un poco de decoración.
