Das Hotel ist eine luxuriöse, eigentlich unpassende Oase der Ruhe und Sauberkeit in der Stadt Moyobamba. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr bequem, mit eigener Terrasse zum schön bewachsenen Garten.

Cons:

Die Auskünfte der Rezeption über die Ausflüge in die Gegend waren wenig sachkundig. Uns wurde eine überteuerte Agentur für Tagestouren vorgeschlagen, dabei kann man die Touren gut mit dem Taxi machen. Das Hotel ist wohl hauptsächlich als Tagungshotel in Betrieb, wenig auf ausländische Touristen eingestellt.

Excellent sur Moyobamba
Pros:

Etablissement situé au calme. Très beaux équipements, belle grande piscine. Possède un coin arboré (avec guide) pour admirer de beaux oiseaux. Félicitation aux jardiniers: le parc est magnifiquement entretenu. Les chambres avec terrasse sont certes plus chères mais tellement joiles qu'on ne saurait vous les conseiller. Pour ceux qui possèdent ou loue un véhicule, le parking sécurisé est indéniablement un plus. Nous conseillons pour une halte au pays des orchidées.

A quiet stay in Moyabambo
Pros:

The location just outside the center of town is great. You don't hear traffic noise at all. I had a restful night's stay. Make sure to take the guided walk In the hotel's private rnature eserve leading down to the river. An additional fee for a boat ride Is worth it. I felt that 1/2 hour was sufficient.

Very clean and well appointed room. Enjoyed the pool as well.

La relación precio/calidad, el hotel me parece sobrevalorado debido a que las habitaciones no están aisladas del ruido externo, tuve el problema de tener vecinos de habitación ruidosos y definitivamente las ventanas con malla mosquitero no favorecen el descanso con ruido externo, esperaba una habitación con mayores detalles...el hotel parece un hostal con piscina y áreas verdes bonitas, las habitaciones nada del otro mundo

Pros:

La atención es excelente, todos son amables y serviciales, están siempre atentos a lo que podamos necesitar. La comida del restaurante es súper rica y accesible, la ubicación es muy buena. Volvería siempre sin dudarlo. Nos encantó.

Solo cambiaría la almohada del cuarto. Es lo único que puedo decir que no me gustó.

Fantásticamente tranquila.
Pros:

Me encantó la piscina, la salida al río a pesar de que los moscos me devoraron. El desayuno ha sido el preciso y de muy buena calidad.
La disposición del personal para resolver el extravío de mi teléfono.

Cons:

1. La picadura de los mosquitos camino al río.
2. El tacho de basura del baño de recepción no tenía tapa fija y mi celular se cayó en él.
