The young lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name) was incredibly kind. The room was clean and quiet. We were only a couple of minutes away from Clements.

Cons:

Parking was difficult for an F250. The parking spots are not very deep. We were able to park just past the pool area so it wasn’t bothersome to others guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas, our room was clean and spacious also very kind staff.
Pros:

Very close to downtown Dallas. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

There was a booking error on their website and we had to change from a 2 queen bedroom to a king suite.

We were very unhappy and left after 2 nights of a 5 night stay. You have unfortunately lost our future business.

The girls at the front desk were pleasant and helpful with getting an uber

Cons:

This hotel was dirty with dark smudge marks on the walls, baseboards, doors etc. it literally looked like nothing was wiped down. The smell was not fresh. The property seemed old and the linens as well. I found a dark hair on the edge of my bed by the pillow. And some of the towels in the bathroom had raw worn spots in them. The hallway was always noisy at odd hours and especially between 12-2 am. The complimentary ear plugs on the nightstand were a tell tell sign. I don’t know of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in that offered ear plugs. The 2nd day after housekeeping came we found hairs in the shower. We also encountered a man that followed us down the hallway to our room. We let him pass before we stopped because we did not want him to know which room we were going to. He went around us down the hall. - only to turn around and come back without going anywhere! He was very suspicious and made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
The breakfast was so marginal.

Cons:

Location next to freeway; even with ear plugs furnished at bedside, the noise was horrendous with bumper to bumper traffic and loud 18 wheelers. No sleep to be had before a medical procedure at nearby hospital at 8:00 a.m. Never, ever again will we stay there.

Cons:

It was disgusting! There were brown poop doors on the wall. Pubic hairs in the shower. A 1.5 inch space between the ground and my hotel room door, carpet was disgusting!
