It was ok - however due to the experiences above - we'll utilise another venue in the future.
Pros:

We thought the breakfast was ok. The venue was in a great location. it was easy to access. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

However the noise that we were experiencing from the rooms adjacent to us was unacceptable. The guests were loud, they were playing with their children at 12am and once we called the front desk/security, they seemed to get louder. I'm all for people having children but having them up and playing then crying and carrying on at midnight and through until after 1am is unacceptable.
This experience soured out visit and unfortunately, will not be selecting the same venue on our next work trip.
The heater/cooler sounded like an airplane taking off. the room would get hot... then cold then hot then cold... there was not a consistent temp.

Restful, proximal to my family's location. Great stay!
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally prompt. Wait staff to include night, AM mangers and wait staff were consummate professionals! Complementary breakfast had impressive and impeccable food display! Dallas my kids love the the "BIG Texas" waffle maker! You were great! Excellent military comps were a bonus! Price, location and ease of access to the highway was a plus! I will be back! KDW

Pros:

Breakfast was great ! The staff was very responsive to our needs . The location was in front of a super busy highway really noisy at night . But to the staffs credit they were willing to move us to the other side of the building . Overall an excellent stay .

Overall it was an okay stay, the pool was not clean and the water had a different smell to it. Housekeeping did not come

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

I traveled with my three year old. And on the second night I found a pill on the carpet. Very upset but thankfully I found it before my three year old did

The hotel overall was clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

It was very noisy. The traffic from the fwy was extremely loud I kept waking up throughout the night. Also the walls are very thin we could hear every move the people next door made as well as above us. The bathroom looked a little dated and also I saw a roach in the bathroom.
