The staff was friendly and rooms were spacious and clean

Cons:

I choose option to pay at property, I’m from Louisiana and my family and I got hit on the highway to head to Dallas at 8am, by 8:30am the money was deposited from my account. That made me really mad because the option to pay at property was ignored!!!!

The rooms wasn’t fully clean, the sofa bed mattress was filthy and the bathroom toilet ran nonstop. Then they wanted to overcharge me for their clerical error unacceptable.

It was ok - however due to the experiences above - we'll utilise another venue in the future.

We thought the breakfast was ok. The venue was in a great location. it was easy to access. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

However the noise that we were experiencing from the rooms adjacent to us was unacceptable. The guests were loud, they were playing with their children at 12am and once we called the front desk/security, they seemed to get louder. I'm all for people having children but having them up and playing then crying and carrying on at midnight and through until after 1am is unacceptable.
This experience soured out visit and unfortunately, will not be selecting the same venue on our next work trip.
The heater/cooler sounded like an airplane taking off. the room would get hot... then cold then hot then cold... there was not a consistent temp.

Staff was exceptionally prompt. Wait staff to include night, AM mangers and wait staff were consummate professionals! Complementary breakfast had impressive and impeccable food display! Dallas my kids love the the "BIG Texas" waffle maker! You were great! Excellent military comps were a bonus! Price, location and ease of access to the highway was a plus! I will be back! KDW
