Отличный отель!
Pros:

Отдыхали с семьей. На ресепшене сотрудницы отеля, предложили установить раскладушку для нашей 3 -х летней дочки. Узнав что она спит с нами, поменяли номер, где кровати сдвигаются. Завтрак в отеле шведский стол. Два вида каши: гречневая и овсяная. И огромный выбор омлетов, запеканок и пр. Всё очень понравилось!

Pros:

Very basic hotel but they had affordable laundry, were a 20 min walk away from major attractions, and close to a couple grocery stores. Would stay here again. Very affordable and serves basic needs. No AC as a warning if going when hot which is rare for that part of Russia from what I understand

В гостинице «Садко» был предоставлен забронированный номер за 8400 рублей, но без услуги «БЕСПЛАТНЫЙ ЗАВТРАК». При регистрации в гостинице 05.01.2018 в 21.20 нам сказали, что стоимость завтрака не входит в стоимость этого номера и составляет 450 рублей за один завтрак с одного человека. Доплачивать за завтраки не стали, в гостинице не завтракали. Просим выяснить причину возникшей проблемы и в будущем давать достоверную информацию о номерах при бронировании или вернуть деньги за непредоставленую услугу на банковскую карту, указанную при бронировании номера.

Много детских групп и маленькие пострелы носятся по коридору, не давая уснуть, колотя в двери постояльцев)

Pros:

Были в середине ноября 2015 года, заехали в первую ночь в люкс, в принципе все понравилось, можно оценить на 4, все было хорошо и как было описано (только конечно расстроил грязноватый палас, ободранные обои и телевизор "прошлый век"...), на вторую ночь пришлось заехать в стандартный номер (просто планировали изначально остановиться в городе на одну ночь, но решил остаться еще на сутки - понравился город! ) в стандартном номере тоже было все в соответствии описания (не понравился душ, мало полотенец было и в номере было очень холодно)

Pros:

Жил в этом отеле 5 лет назад, тогда было в разы лучше.
Нынче же захирел отель. Шведский стол стал гораздо скуднее. Слышимость в номере из коридора зашкаливала.
Но в целом уровень, конечно, 3 звёзд с уклоном в сторону 2.

Pros:

Hotel is located in quiet neighborhood outside of tourist areas but close enough to all of them.
We booked so called luxury rooms. They were comfortable enough but did not have an AC.
Hotel offers a very good breakfast.
