環境舒適，整體感覺乾淨，樓下有一間711一間咖啡店，一出門就有youbike也很方便，周圍吃也方便

我是一個喜歡到處旅行的人，也會慎選住宿的品質，這次入住整體感覺其實還不錯。但第一次住到大廳不能外食的旅店，雖然。後來有猜到也證實了，因為旅店它有提供下午茶.宵夜跟早餐，所以大廳不能外食，但住宿的樓層的公共空間是可以飲食，旅店有旅店的規定，當然是沒有問題的，但餐廳部的員工大聲告知的態度讓人心情不悅，雖然大門的玻璃上跟餐桌上有貼，但一般人進去不會馬上發現，我覺得沒有必要用那種態度來告知，好像你喝1杯飲料犯了什麼天大的罪一樣，在等待入房期間觀察了一下，幾乎入住旅客都有外食，被告知時都是一臉尷尬，是說辦理入住時有先告知是否好點！
再來入住，我是住女生背包房，從公共空間到客房，整體感覺非常乾淨舒適，可惜一層樓有男有女，如果能分開更好，當然又得考量到有混合房，然後如果可以在進入房間之前就換下鞋子，穿上拖鞋的話會更好，女生的衛浴空間很大舒適，進到房間六人房隔間感覺不錯，有個人空間滿不錯的，床也蠻舒適的，發現自己是靠近門邊的時候，就已經有猜到，進進出出一定會吵，因為經常旅行都是睡背包房，所以也很習慣是還好可以接受。總結，旅店的整體感覺從一樓到8樓大廳到進到自己的房間，整個感覺就很新，乾淨，很舒適，美中不足的
是有些細節提醒不夠完善，比如大廳不能外食，比如外出要不要寄放房卡....等等

沒有非常不滿意的狀況
就以背包客房會希望男女可分開樓層，因為連盥洗室都在同一邊不同側，會有隱私上的疑慮。8樓洗手間男女在一起（雖然男生小便斗有隔間）不認識男女要同時進洗手間就有非常的不安全感 以上

退房不能吃下午茶是何意为？有没有可能很多人旅游只有退房那天才能吃到酒店提供的食物，其他几天下午都在外面玩懂吗？扣扣搜搜的样子很难看

1、設備：
有飲水機，並提供下午茶、宵夜。
背包客房單人位置寬敞，附拖鞋、毛巾、瓶裝水、泡麵、保險箱、衣架。
2、服務人員態度良好：
寄放行李、入住、退房，是不同櫃台人員，但服務態度均友善親切。

Cons:

聲音問題：晚上盥洗時間，在房間內可以明顯聽到水流過管道間的聲音。

會在回訪的好旅店👍早餐很好吃
Pros:

整體來說會想要在回訪的旅店、大年初四入住和洋家庭房，房內空間很大，浴室的水壓也很大，房間有沒有任何霉味或潮濕感👍重點還有Dyson吹風機並且有多種吹頭、烘罩，實在太適合長髮人！加分！

最滿意的是早餐，除了內用也外帶餐盒上樓給家人，廚師最值得稱讚👍到了很多大飯店入住過，這家的廚師很用心，可能過年🧨入住的早餐第一次看到還有紅蟳米糕跟鰻魚米糕，還有涼拌的小卷、鳳螺這些海鮮。

當然熟食區也超讚、現煮牛肉湯、半熟蛋、全熟蛋都可以利用號碼牌現做，還有蒸食區、叉燒包、小籠包、地瓜應有盡有，其他熟食區記得有三色蛋（挺費工）、還有時蔬、還有一道蝦仁燴時蔬，咖啡挺好喝的，雖然是咖啡機但「不是」不好的豆子，比很多大飯店都好喝太多了。

重點外帶上樓的外盒是廚師大哥很用心準備、總共有三個餐盒、並且兼顧營養均衡的用心❤️早餐接待的員工也很棒、隨時留意是否需要清潔桌面、也會派出自動的機器人方便客人整理碗盤。

參與刮刮樂活動獲得古蹟旅遊卷+樓下的CAMA咖啡買一送一卷，剛好帶孩子區古蹟也不用另外付錢～很實用👍

八樓大廳還有塞車可以玩、很不錯👍

Cons:

唯一小小缺點….
1️⃣就是初四入住價格稍高（13500），但早餐算是加分回來
2️⃣和洋家庭房沒有浴缸，但進去浴室有檜木的味道（有檜木椅跟瓢盆）
3️⃣地下室停車-車高超過1.9M或「底盤太低」不能下停車場
