火災警報讓人擔憂了一整晚，住宿體驗大扣分
Pros:

客房整潔，地點位於市中心

Cons:

10/10半夜三點響起火警警報叫大家緊急疏散，所有人都很緊張的從13樓抱著家當衝下一樓，結果到了一樓發現根本沒有失火，打電話給客服也只是回覆機械問題警報誤響，所有人傻傻在樓下等待，最後只有一位像保全的同仁出來要大家上樓，也沒回覆是否安全檢查完成，讓顧客覺得提心吊膽！
第二天早上退房，工作人員裝沒事，沒問他們也不解釋半夜發生什麼狀況，問了之後也只給幾包濾掛咖啡，完全感受不到誠意，雖然工作人員態度都很好，但感受不到宅夏都的管理及客服和緊急情況的應變態度。如果今天真的發生突發狀況，宅夏都真的有處理能力嗎！？

旅好きが考える居心地のよい空間
Pros:

チェックインの時の対応から好感がもてるものでした。無料カフェの担当のおじさん（お爺さん？）も日本語が通じなくても何とかコミュニケーションを取ってくれようとして、こちらも頑張って会話して、良い思い出です。前日は台北のヒルトンに2泊していたけど、こちらで3泊すればよかったな〜と思いました。旅の拠点にするのにぴったりの場所です。また台南に来ることがあれば、泊まります。今回は旦那と一緒だったのでツインにしましたが、本当は一人旅でゲストハウスに泊まりたい。次は一人で泊まろうと思います〜

特にないです。頑張ったら良くない点を見つけることもできるけど・・・という感じです。
