Pros:

Začnu tím že paní recepční byla úžasná, bohužel si nepamatuji jméno. Byla velmi přátelská a vstřícná, poradila nám kam večer zajít na jídlo i na zábavu. Prostě sluníčko. Ale i druhá paní recepční byla velmi milá. Hotel je malinký ale za to velmi útulný a klidný. Nachází se hned u zámku takže jste tam za 5 minut. Pokoj čistý a krásný, hotel nebyl plně obsazený, takže nemůžu hodnoit při plné obsazenosti, ale za nás tam byl neskutečný klid a pohoda. Snídaně moc dobrá, poslední den ale už byla o dost menší a už na nás nezbyl žádný rohlík. Ale poslední den (pondělí) nás v hotelu bylo asi hodně málo, možná dva pokoje? Takže to trochu chápu. Ale do Latránu bych se určitě vrátil znovu!

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Immer wieder gerne!

Ich habe seit Langem keinen so perfekten Service an der Rezeption erlebt.
Schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer.
Sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Pros:

Labai džiaugiamės, kad tranzitui pasirinkome šį miestelį ir pavyko rasti šį viešbutį. Visiškai centre, šalia pilies, romantinio stiliaus - mus sužavėjo. Jautėmės tarsi gyventume pilyje. Labai estetiška aplinka, gera garso izoliacija, daug vietos, puiki erdvė ir poilsiui, ir darbui, šilta. Malonus personalo bendravimas. Svarbu, kad registratūra dirba iki 20 val., kai dauguma tik iki 18 val. Labai turtingi ir skanūs pusryčiai. Rekomenduojame. Tikrai dar sugrįšime.

Cons:

Vienintelis trūkumas - aprašyme niekur nepavyko rasti informacijos apie automobilio parkavimą. Radau tik klausimuose-atsakymuose. Parkavimas patogus, tik derėtų pateikti to aprašymą.

Wystrój wnętrz bardzo nastrojowy, pokoje duże, dobre śniadania, miły personel.
Pros:

Pokój i cały hotel bardzo klimatyczny, ciekawa aranżacja, dużo miejsca, domowa atmosfera. Dobre śniadanie, wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Mnie podobało się wszystko, natomiast rano słychać dostawców z racji tego, że hotel jest w samym centrum. Jest też trochę akustycznie, skrzypią podłogi, ale za to klimat niepowtarzalny.

接待人員給我的印象跟服務經驗都給她們200%，推薦！
Pros:

接待人員非常的友善及熱情，告訴我們哪幾個點景點的是拍照最好看地方，建議我們接駁的方式並還協助我們叫計程車，以及哪邊可以不用走可怕的石頭路（帶著行李箱）。
還有含早餐的選項建議要點（補料速度超迅速），性價比蠻不錯的！推薦！
