Ubicacion perfecta pero espacios super mal aprovechados

La ubicación es muy buena estas al lado de todo!

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy antiguas, los baños estan en muy malas condiciones, el wifi no llega a las habitaciones y el desayuno tiene muy poca variedad, sobretodo con la fruta.

Das Zimmer war gut, es war sauber aber das Haus müsste renoviert werden.

Die unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand.

Cons:

Die Hausbar war nicht in Betrieb. Das Haus ist etwas abgewohnt.
Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

lo que ofrecen por la pagina no es lo que uno encuentra al llegar, las habitaciones muy deterioradas, caja fuerte no funciona, el televisor no corresponde a la distancia visual, las
almohadas son un relleno de espuma, el desayuno lo mismo todos los días, cucarachas chiripa permanentes, las instalaciones en general muy mal estado, la atención en recepción precaria, si no fuera por los botones no habría solución.

La ubicación sobre la peatonal y muy cerca de la playa (segura), el desayuno tipo buffet y la comunicación con un par de los empleados de recepción.
El aire acondicionado en la habitación es fundamental y funciona muy bien.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente la habitación que nos tocó ami hermana y a mí tenía un baño no muy bien equipado: las paredes mostraban unas manchas de humedad. También nos sorprendió que sólo podíamos utilizar una llave de acceso a la misma.
La habitación de mi padre no presentaba está situación, lo cuál nos llamó mucho la atención.
