Beautiful peaceful hotel, top staff, great value, lovely stay
Pros:

Truly lovely staff, always accommodating and helpful to us. Super quiet and peaceful. The hotel manager and Rita were especially amazing 🙌

Cons:

Nothing - would be difficult to go outside of the hotel anywhere by foot but easy enough to book taxis

The Kind of Place You’ll Always Remember

Thank you so much for the warm welcome throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our time at your hotel. The peaceful location was exactly what we were looking for and was the perfect place to relax. As frequent travellers, we truly appreciated the calm atmosphere. Our sea view room was beautiful, full of traditional charm, and we fell in love with it from the moment we arrived.

The food was fresh and delicious. A special thank you to Chef Faustine and to the whole team. Everyone was so kind, caring, and always smiling. We were travelling with our three year old daughter Arya, and everyone made us feel so welcome. It really made our stay even more special.

Please give our warmest thanks to the entire team. They all contributed to making this an unforgettable experience, and we genuinely loved every moment of our stay.

Thank you again for everything. We sincerely hope to come back one day.

Le retour à la réalité a été très difficile à la fin du séjour
Pros:

Un séjour de 10 jours incroyable... On en revient totalement dépaysés et reposés ! La vue face à la mer turquoise avec la piscine à débordement qui lui fait face, qui est en autre le lieu du petit-déjeuner et du déjeuner est à couper le souffle. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et très respectueux. La chambre était très bien, grande et confortable. Et la terrasse avec sa propre piscine privée rend le tout incroyable. Il y a une personne sur place qui est charge de vous proposer des sorties et excursions sur Zanzibar, on en a fait 3 et c'était vraiment bien (transport, guide français, flexibilité des horaires départ/arrivée...). Vous avez aussi le contact du manager tout au long du séjour pour toute question ou besoin, et il passe de temps en temps vous voir pour s'assurer que vous n'avez besoin de rien (Encore merci à Rachid). Les plats du restaurant sont délicieux et copieux avec des produits locaux et/ou issus de leur potager. Les prix sont très corrects. C'est un lieu assez intimiste (et romantique) donc c'est très calme, même en passant la journée à la piscine principale, il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. On recommande ++ !

Apart from the reception and dining area there is nothing much to boast about. The rooms were however spacious but the stairs leading up to the rooms were rotting and could pose risks. The greenery in the property is refreshing

Cons:

Everything. What they sell as ocean view is false. The accommodation & dining are too far from the ocean front therefore limited views and limited access to the beach. The bar at the pool was not operational.

The staff were nice but the service unprofessional & exceptionally slow. It would take over an hour for food to be served. We would have to ask for salt/pepper and even napkins to be placed on the table. The menu was very basic and limited in choice.

There was a massive leakage leaving the room flooded at midnight which can happen at times but shows poor upkeep. The response by the manager and his team only made matters worse. At about 2:00 am we shifted to a new room. There was no apology & even during our departure the manager did not show up.

The entire property needs urgent repairs and upgrade and training for their staff

I had an amazing experience at Kasha Boutique Hotel. The environment was peaceful, beautiful, and very relaxing, the employees were kind, professional, and welcoming, and the hotel is absolutely perfect for a honeymoon. Everything from the service to the atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zanzibar and looking for a memorable stay.

Rachid is was of the best host we had. He met our needs each and every time. His staff were so nice and lovely. The location has a very earthy vibe, feels like walking through nature with. It has a nice view on a hill with a waterside. We also loved the activities we booked through this hotel. The service was as good as Rachid and his staff.
