Perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für einen Kurztrip mit Familie
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der check-in ist ganz unkompliziert ohne Personal möglich. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Am Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden was dabei. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich.

Das frühstück war gut alles wirklich sehr kinderfreundlich auch mit einen spielraum gegenüber des speise saals

Cons:

Das einzige was ich bemengeln könnte wäre eine fehlende klimatisierung die bei aktuell Sommertemperaturen angenehm gewesen wäre

Die Unterkunft passt alles auch Zimmer!

Cons:

Ich finde es schade das auch bei einer Buchung ohne kostenloser Stornierung auch bei einer Erkrankung bzw. Einer Verletzung eines meiner Kinder das hier noch mal kulanter Weise der bezahlte Betrag für ein Jahr als Guthaben erstellt werden kann! Ein anderer Gasthof wo wir einen Tag vorher geschlafen hätten hat dies uns sofort angeboten obwohl wir dort noch nie waren! Beim Thermenhof hat das Personal an der Rezeption nur gesagt quasi selbst schuld das wir ohne kostenlose Stornierung gebucht haben obwohl wir schon 3x mal dort übernachtet haben!
