最高の心配り！
Pros:

接客最高！私のミスでトラブルがありましたが運が悪いですねと返されたら終わりになる所、本当に親身に対応して頂きあんなに親切な対応は初めてでした。おかげで暖かい部屋に眠れて本当に助かりました!!また是非に伺いたいとおもってます。

総じて、よかったです
Pros:

スタッフの方が皆さん親切だった。
朝食の鯖の塩焼きがふわふわで美味しかった。あと、スタッフの知り合いの方？の手作りという柚子胡椒が美味しかった。

Cons:

部屋のお風呂しかないところ。でも承知で予約したし、近隣のお風呂へ行くと伝えればタオル無料貸し出しととボディソープ、リンスインシャンプーをくださるので、夜と朝一で違う地元泉へ行き、地元の方とお話したり貴重で楽しい経験ができました。

It didn’t have an onsen but there were plenty nearby and we had to pay for parking.

スタッフは親切、設備も清潔でよかったです

Cons:

よくなかったわけではないけれど、ホテルに大浴場(温泉)があればよかったです。そこを調べて、ホテル選べばよかったとちょっと後悔
