整體環境不錯,服務人員也很好!

早餐供應模式不錯,但肉.蛋偏油,蔬果少了點!
枕頭太軟,睡不好!沒有床頭櫃的缺點:太靠近木牆,有木材味,也很怕蟲蟲從木牆和床縫間爬到枕頭!

モダニズム風の洒落たホテル
Pros:

モダニズム的デザインでリノベされたと思われる洒落たホテル。礁渓バスターミナルから距離があるので、15分間隔で運行している112番の循環バスを利用するのが良いかと。ホテルに一番近いのは温泉路のバス停だが、往路は礁渓湯園溝のバス停でも大差なし。（温泉路のバス停はバスターミナルへ向かう時に使える）。ホテルフロントは建物５Fにあるが、温泉路側入口のEVから上がると、更に階段を上ることになるので、忠孝路側入口の方が便利。部屋は広く、テーブルと椅子２脚も配置されているので便利。部屋内にある石造りの浴槽は、なんとか2人同時に入れるサイズ感（広く足を延ばせるとところまではいかない）。

Cons:

今回２泊したが、チェックイン時にタオルのセットが不足（バスタオルが無かった）していたのと、ハンガーがわずか２ケしかなかった。（これについてはフロントに申し入れたら速やかに補充された）。デザイン重視の内装ゆえか、室内に衣類を収納できるクローゼット的なスペースや、引き出しが無い。家具のなかで棚状になっている部分に衣類などを置いてしのいだが、せっかくのデザインがスポイルされるようで、ちょっと残念。また２泊目夕方、部屋に戻ってたら掃除未済であった（これもフロントに申し入れたら速やかに掃除された）Do Not Disturb / Make Up Clean の表示ボタン操作は誤っていなかったと思うのだが・・・。最後に、浴室部分は浴槽・洗面台・便器が同一スペース内に配置されているのだが、浴槽から便器まで距離が十分にある。浴槽側から便器側に視線を向けた際に、便器が目隠しされるよう、スクリーン等を設置することをホテル側に提案したい。
