The welcome was great & staff excellent

Cons:

Nothing was in English eg the instruction booklet in the bedroom which we found strange in a hotel of this quality with many international travellers
We were however offered the menu in English
Would also have liked to use the spa on the day we left but was told that I’d have to pay an extra 30 euros

Die Suite war genau nach unserem Geschmack und wie beschrieben.
Der Wellnessbereich war schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

Vegan is offered but no vegetarian , which is limiting the taste experience for vegetarians quite a lot.

Initially we were given a room not matching our reservation, but the hotel management was able to solve the issue relatively quickly.
The cleanliness of the room we were given was not perfect (some dog hair from previous guests), but it improved in the course of our stay.
