Pros:

Great location, nice views of the lake, friendly staff, great breakfast, decent but not very large spa area. Parking is available in front of the building (although a bit catotic). The Butlercard is also super useful and it gives you free passes to the ski lifts and 50% for the nocky flitzer slides.
Our room was huge and had a nice balcony overlooking the lake which was amazing. There is also a free snack provided (warm, cooked food) between 2 pm and 3 pm which felt like a well kept secret but was pretty nice.

Cons:

This hotel could be so much better with just a tiny bit more attention to detail. The showerhead was downright dirty in our room, the information shared with us regarding our stay was a bit all over the place (no one mentioned that the dinner is not a la carte but a fixed 5-course dinner for a fixed and very high price, I had to dig through the website of the butlercards for the exact details on what it is good for, nobody told us about the snack time at 2 pm etc.), some small details in the spa were a bit disappointing (no toilet paper in the toilet, caulk peeling in many places in the spa etc.)
None of these are dealbreakers and all can be solved but they also make your stay a tiny bit frustrating - which at this price-point I expect to avoid.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The welcome was great & staff excellent

Cons:

Nothing was in English eg the instruction booklet in the bedroom which we found strange in a hotel of this quality with many international travellers
We were however offered the menu in English
Would also have liked to use the spa on the day we left but was told that I’d have to pay an extra 30 euros

Pros:

Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles hat trotz unserer späten Anreise wunderbar geklappt.
Die Suite war genau nach unserem Geschmack und wie beschrieben.
Der Wellnessbereich war schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Alles in allem ein wunderbares Erlebnis.
