Pros:

Bu otelde geçirdiğim süre boyunca personelin gösterdiği ilgi ve alakadan çok memnun kaldım. Karşılaştığım her çalışan son derece saygılı, nazik ve sevgi doluydu. Her türlü ihtiyacıma anında ve içtenlikle cevap verdiler. Misafirperverlikleri gerçekten üst düzeydeydi. Kendilerine bu harika yaklaşımları için çok teşekkür ederim.

Overpriced, poor condition and noisy
Pros:

Location, staff friendly

Cons:

- Shabby room, big gap in our door, paint peeling etc
- Noisy, all of the rooms face the pool so you hear everything. People loud in pool at midnight as it’s open 24 hours
- A/C didn’t work properly
- WiFi didn’t work at all
- not enough seats at breakfast
- not enough food at breakfast

Good value budget hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is basically furnished, a bit old fashioned and a bit worn: with a proper refurb and preparing the patio/garden area it could be turned into something special - but then the rates would have to go up considerably. As it is, it's a good value budget hotel in a central location; a ten minute walk from the night market. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've stayed here before, and if returning to Vientiane for a short stay I would come back here again.

Cons:

The room I stayed in this time was a bit dark, but for one night it was OK.

Good location, not too expensive. Rooms are not clean, staff are not friendly.
Pros:

Nice location and pool.

Cons:

The rooms were not very clean. The first room we were given had a huge patch of mold on the wall. The staff were not very friendly or accommodating.

Séjour à Vientiane
Pros:

L'hôtel est au calme, bien placé dans la ville proche de lieux d'intérêt et du night market. Le personnel est à l'écoute et prévenant. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Nous étions en famille de 4 personnes et le séjour à été très apprécié.

Les murs des escaliers ..et couloirs...tout abîmé..

Hôtel agréable mais déçu de par la saleté de la chambre.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top, on peut rejoindre la plupart des activités à pied, c’est aussi proche de nombreux restaurants, bars, food market… le coin piscine de l’hôtel est agréable, parfait pour se détendre après une bonne balade à Vientiane.

Cons:

En revanche, la chambre était vraiment sale. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, une odeur de cigarette était présente. Il y avait également un nombre important d’insectes écrasés au mur, qui n’était pas nettoyé. En dessous du lit, même chose, beaucoup de saleté. Le frigo n’avait pas été nettoyé non plus. Nous avons été déçu car ça ne ressemblait pas aux photos vu sur booking.

La piscine est un délice après une journée de visite et accessible le soir tard. Les chambres sont grandes et le personnel très compréhensif et serviable.
