Pros:

Vybavení, jídlo vše super.

Cons:

Chybí klimatizace na pokojích, v celém hotelu bylo nedýchatelno, hrozný vzduch, byly vysoké venkovní teploty, vzduchotechnika nebyla dostatečná ani na chodbách, prostě nikde.

Úžasné ubytování v Harrachově
Pros:

Úžasná poloha, nádherný design pokojů restaurace i společných prostor. Exkluzivní snídaně a večeře i vynikající drinky v loby baru. Za mě skvělý 👏

Pros:

Snídaně velmi pestrá, hotel krásně zrekonstruovaný, tichý, s hezkým výhledem z balkonu. Naprostá spokojenost. Rádi se vrátíme, jakmile bude cena zase příznivější.

Cons:

Hotelu není co vytknout. Trochu přeplněné parkoviště přes víkend, jelikož čeští řidiči neumí parkovat, ale i to recepce pomohla vyřešit.

Byli jsme u vás už podruhé a opět se velmi rádi vrátíme
Pros:

Čistota, vybavení pokoje a výběr pokoje. Nevim, zda je to schválně nebo náhoda, ale neni nic lepšího, než rodinám s dětmi dát pokoj co nejblíž k dětskému koutku a bazénu.

Cons:

Jedine co bych vytkla byl strasne maly proud vody ve sprše na pokoji. Což pro ženskou s dlouhými vlasy je opravdu problem.

Skvěle alce pro děti, čisté, skvělé jídlo.

Cons:

Šíleně teplo v hotelu, pokoje bez klimatizace. Bazen by mohl byt příjemnější, světlejší, více lehátek.

Krásný moderní hotel. Čistota, vybavení, bohaté snídaně. Hotel zaměřený hlavně na
rodiny s dětmi.

Protože se jedná o velmi velký hotelový komplex je tam velký počet zaměstnanců kteří sice konají dobře svou práci ale chyběl mi více osobní přístup.Obsluha v restauraci pomalá,bez většího zájmu o hosty asi to nebyli úplně profesionálové. Recepční byly slušné ale opět bez úsměvu, třeba přání hezkého pobytu,nic.V popisu hotelu by mělo být zdůrazněno, že je to hotel hlavně pro rodiny s dětmi. Takže nic pro lidi kteří chtějí klid u jídla nebo relax ve wellness.

Die gute Lage am Rand des Örtchens. Lobby, Bar und Speiseräume sind topmodern eingerichtet und bieten einen hohen Standard

Cons:

Die Türen schließen extrem laut - das nervt extrem. Jeder Gast, der das Zimmer verlässt muss die Tür zudonnern, sonst schließt sie nicht. Der Rest vom Gang steht im Bett... - hier müsste die Schließmechanik getauscht werden.

Sauna und Ruheraum = alles fensterlos und zu klein.. etwas beengt und stickig
