Perfect hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stylish rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptional, friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent and led us to some fantastic local dining experiences. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore Vienna’s main attractions on foot. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem, perfectly located just a 3-minute walk from the Opera and 7 minutes from the Musikverein. The property is beautifully decorated, incredibly quiet, and spotlessly clean.

​What truly sets it apart is the bespoke customer service from the very first step to the last minute of our stay.

We were greeted with a lovely handwritten welcome card and delicious cakes waiting in our room. The entire team is made up of young, friendly professionals who are ready to help at any moment.
​A special shoutout to Balint—his customer service was exceptional. I loved how passionately he spoke about the hotel's recent transformation into a boutique property. He truly made us feel at home, like we were part of a small family. We cannot recommend this place enough!

A glorious stay in a charming town so close to everything
Pros:

The hotel was the most charming I have ever stayed in. Mario, Victoria and the team were lovely and catered wonderfully for every request.

My husband and I had stayed at the hotel 30 years ago and the hotel team kindly surprised us with an anniversary cake and fruit.

The facilities were also excellent.

This is an exceptional hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, prepared as per guest request. Staff was very helpful and provided good recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Location is excellent - a few minutes walk from the Staatsoper. Quiet, spacious, clean rooms.

Excellent hotel and staff!
Pros:

The property and staff were excellent. The location can't be beat especially if you're going to the Stadt Oper. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The lights in the room worked in some radon fashion. I think WRITTEN instructions POSTED on the wall wouldn't help but even stating 11 nights we were never able to figure them out.
