كل شي أعجبني الموقع .. الديكور ومساحة الغرف والنظافة.. تعامل الموظفين.. كان الفندق آخر سكن في الرحلة وكان ختامها مسك 💕 كان فيه فطور لكن ماجربته فما اقدر اقيمه ..

Cons:

المصعد كان واحد وصغير لكن ماسبب مشكلة لان عدد الغرف في الفندق محدود اساسا لذلك كان كافي.. لايوجد احد يساعد في حمل الشنط.

A localização era ótima o pequeno-almoço muito fraco sem escolha à carta muito reduzido

Cons:

Não se trata de um hotel mas sim de um bed and breakfast. A publicidade é enganosa, não tem zonas comuns a sala dos pequenos almoços é reduzidíssima. Não se pode chamar a isto um Hotel.

Excelente atencion de parte de todos los empleados, particularmente de Ben
Muy comoda habitacion, muy limpia, el baño funcionaba perfectamente en temperatura y presion de agua e iluminacion.
En el dormitorio las escenas de iluminacion solamente on - off y 1 escena de iluminacion.
El aire acondicionado tarda mucho tiempo en enfriar, lo mencionamos en recepcion y mejoro al siguiente dia
El desayuno muy rico y excelente servicio
La ubicacion del hotel es excelente, se puede caminar y conocer sitios culturales llenos de historia y emblematicos de la ciudad, igualmente hay restaurantes y comercios de souvenirs en la zona
La seguridad en el area y dentro del hotel es muy buena.
Volveremos a visitar Viena y a hospedarnos con ustedes.
Recomiendo el hotel 100%

Tout est parfait, mais déçus pour le petit déjeuner.

Ce n' est pas top, peut être qu'un buffet aurait été préférable, on a préféré aller dehors pour cela.

Autrement en plein centre et les personnes adorables.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer (im 6. Stock) ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond, especially Henrietta, who stayed late to let us in the hotel because our flight was late. Mario was always attentive and very helpful. The sweet was gorgeous and very comfortable, especially the bed. Location was excellent and only a block off the Kartnerstrasse.

Cons:

The only minor negative that we could see is that they're really wasn't a lobby area in the hotel, although the breakfast area was considered the living room. It was beautifully decorated and nice.Just to relax and play cards.
