Fijn hotel dicht bij het centrum van Luxemburg
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, fijne kamer met goede bedden, airco, ontbijt prima en dicht bij openbaar vervoer. De bushalte is schuin tegenover het hotel en je bent met 20 minuten in het centrum van Luxemburg. Openbaar vervoer is gratis!

Le parking, la propreté, l'emplacement

Cons:

Le manque d'insonorisation !!!!
On entend tout que ce soit dans les parties communes comme dans les chambres voisines.
La chambre est assez petite et ne dispose d'aucun rangement pour les effets personnels

Die Lage und die Anbindung in die Stadt waren super. Die Zimmer hatten eine schöne Größe.

Cons:

Durch unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatten war ab etwa 7 Uhr morgends durch den Lärm beim Frühstück und die zum Parkplatz fahrenden Autos nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken.
In unserem Zimmer war das Roh des Waschbeckens undicht, was dazu geführt hat, dass wir ununterbrochen einen komplett nassen Boden im Bad hatten. Das Problem haben wir mehrfach angesprochen, darum gekümmert hat sich allerdings zu keiner Zeit jemand. Wir mussten daher den gesamten Aufenthalt mit einem tropfenden Waschbecken und einem nassen Boden verbringen.

In diesem Hotel werden wir nicht mehr übernachten
Pros:

-Großer kostenfreier Parkplatz am Hotel
-Bushaltestelle zur Anbindung an die Innenstadt nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt
-Klimaanlage im Zimmer

Cons:

-Preis Leistungsverhältnis schlecht
-Matratzen waren schrecklich man spürte jede Feder
-Bett sehr klein
-Zimmer sehr klein
-Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber
-Badezimmer insgesamt nur ca. 2 qm groß inclusive der sehr kleinen Duschkabine
-Extrem laute Lage an der Hauptstraße, schlafen bei geöffneten Fenster nicht möglich.
-Unser per Mail vorab gesendete Wunsch mit der Bitte um ein früheres Einchecken wurde nicht beantwortet und ignoriert.
-Bei unserer Anreise vor 16 Uhr wurde unsere Bitte zum früheren Einchecken abgelehnt, als wir dann am Abend einchecken konnten, war nur noch das Zimmer zur lauten Hauptstraße frei.
-Frühstück minimalistisch

Dieses Hotel kann ich selbst bei nur einer Übernachtung nicht empfehlen.

Jederzeit wieder.

Super Lage für einen Zwischenstopp.
Geräumige Zimmer mit tollem Bad.

Cons:

Wenn man mit schwerem Gepäck kommt wäre ein Lift toll. Aber die Treppe ist wenigstens schön Breit.
