Cons:

Seulement à notre arrivée, nous avons été informés qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau dans la chambre. Il nous était donc impossible d'utiliser la chambre et ses équipements normalement : nous ne pouvions ni prendre de douche, ni utiliser les robinets, ni même nous servir des toilettes dans des conditions normales.

Dans ces circonstances, la chambre était totalement inutilisable et ne correspondait pas à la prestation que nous avions réservée et payée. Cette situation nous a mené que de quitter l’hotel sans utiliser la chambre et de réserver une nouvelle chambre.

jesteśmy zadowoleni i do Pragi jeszcze wrócimy.
Pros:

Lokalizacja. Blisko metro i tramwaj. Wygodny dojazd wlasnym autem i duzy parking. Pięć wind zapewnia szybki transport, bez czekania.

Cons:

Moloch z czasów socjalizmu. Wanna w łazience i krótki wąż prysznica. Trzeba się trochę pomęczyć aby się umyć. Śniadanie bardziej niż skromne i jeszcze trzeba tak trafić aby było co włożyć na talerz. Brak klimatyzacji. Wentylator wydawany na recepcji to działanie awaryjne. Trafiliśmy do hotelu podczas potężnej awarii wody w Pradze . Hotel nie jest temu winien, ale nie było propozycji znalezienia innego w okolicy gdzie była woda. Wnoszenie wody na 10 pietro aby móc spokojne skorzystać w nocy z toalety...Hm. Na szczęście po dobie woda wrociła. Przynajmniej do mycia i toalety.

Pěkný čistý pokoj. Hotel se nachází v blízkosti metra.

Chyběla mi klimatizace. Na pokoji bylo opravdu horko.

Tym razem nic mi się nie podobało.

Cons:

W hotelu w trakcie upałów nie działała klimatyzacja. Nie było wody przez trzy dni( brak w całej dzielnicy). Personel nie chciał pomóc, dawał rady aby korzystać z toalety w metrze! Skandal!
Oczywiście o zwrocie pieniędzy nie było mowy. Uciekliśmy z tego hotelu bo baliśmy się epidemii!

Netekla voda. Vím, že to není chyba hotelu, ale omluva nebo kompenzace neškodila. Lokalita je naprosto otřesná. Vyhled z rezavého a prázdného balkonu na pražské sídliště za cenu 2000 Kč je moc. Diky za pochopení
