Alle sehr nett essen sehr gut Hotel sauber Zimmer auch Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Frühstück und Abendessen waren super und mehr als ausreichend. Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Es gibt leider Zuwenig Sitzplätze für die Hotelgäste im Restaurant, man muss entweder sehr früh da sein oder man kann warten oder als Gast schnell essen damit die nächsten auch einen Platz haben also mit gemütlich sitzen und trinken und essen is man leider weit entfernt

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereich top
Der zugang zur therme war super sicher für die kinder. Die bar war sehr schön und entspannend. Und die unterkunft und die möglichkeiten auch für kinder top 👍

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Einziges kleines Manko ist der doch etwas langwierige Marsch durch den Tunnel zur Therme.

Fand e gab sehr viel Angebote aktivitäten auf dem Hotel hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter war spitze man wurde super über alles informiert die Gespräche war en toll und di Mitarbeiter auch war rund um zufrieden

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr freundlich. Tolles Kinderprogramm und Indoor-Spielplatz im Hotel Kurz, welches man auch mit nutzen kann.

Sind Kleinigkeiten :
Im Bad hängt ein loses Kabel runder ,bei denn Sesselleistene is die Silikon Fuge nicht wirklich schön,am Gsng sind einige Kanten sehr deformiert usw. Nix großes aber trotzdem müsste es nicht sein.

Im großen und ganzen war es aber voll ok.
