Great location
Pros:

Most of all, the staff are lovely! (except for the lady at the breakfast). Swimming pool was good even though it wasn't as well maintained as most are. Breakfast was good, just opposite to the hotel there's a great cafe, we were bringing coffee from there.

Cons:

The bathroom is more than worn out, room only had window to the common area and the breakfast lady was really bossy, watching how much you're having.

In pieno centro, a due passi dal fiume, struttura perfetta, pulita ed ottima per la visita della città.
Bella piscina, ottima per rinfrescarsi al rientro in albergo.

Pros:

There's a park and a stupa nearby, plenty of cafes, pizzerias, and international cuisine. A mini-big C is right across the street, and there's a cafe serving coffee and food. The rooms are small and dated, but cozy. There's a nice courtyard, and you can also sit on the balcony outside your room. Breakfasts are quite good and varied. The pool is clean.

Cons:

The room is a bit small.

Staff extremely friendly. Reception lady Chua was extremely professional and polite. She is a huge asset to any business, he English was impeccable 🙏🙏🙏🙏☘️

Cons:

Hotel maintenance was poor. Simple fixes are neglected, unfortunate as the hotel was in a great location and priced well.
ACs definitely needing service.

Above and beyond anything I have ever received !!
Pros:

So I don’t often write reviews for the many hotels I stay in but I feel completely overwhelmed with the the help the hotel has given me since I stayed with them.

Unfortunately I had a very bad accident mid stay and ended up in the hospital with a severely broken leg and ankle. I notified the hotel a few days after i regained consciousness from the drugs and immediately they went well beyond anything I expected or even experienced from any hotel I have stayed globally. They firstly dropped my bag off to the hotel in person and stayed In constant contact the whole time, they brought me a note and bag of goodies to cheer me up and messaged me everyday to check up on me and ask if they can do anything else to help me. I still owed them a few days for the room which I was unable to pay in cash while in hospital, but they made no concern of this and just told me to pay once i am out and able to pop over.

Chua the girl behind the reception was again amazing and very sweet the whole time i was going through the whole ordeal.

The hotel its self is lovely, rooms are very clean and Ana amazing pool.

The day I managed to have breakfast was very tasty and was constantly topped up with fresh food.

For the price you pay, I would highly recommended this hotel! 10 out of 10

Lovely hotel with lots of character and very central.
Pros:

Very central, within walking distance of some of the sights, bus station, night Market. Nice homely atmosphere, good breakfast and clean. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Nothing really, loved it.

Pros:

Unfortunately on checkout hit me uo with laundry charge saying I soiled bed cover.

My case remained on floor. They oriduced a grainy phito that looked like a pillow and said two spots and had to throw away.
In luang orebang had same stunt scam pulled on me.
Suggested they infirm straight away. Not ket it go to checkout

Was annoyed. Could not talk reason but obviously this is just another way of getting few more dollars.

Just dissappointed

Deceit? Just had nasty feeling that I was taken for a fleecing trip
