Pros:

Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, but not keen on instant coffee.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit basic. I didn't like the open shower where everywhere is wet after taking a shower.

Pros:

L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner. Le personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Chambre délabrée au 4ème sans terrasse avec vue sur un mur au lieu du patio et de la piscine toute verte. L'hôtel est vieillissant et l'entretien défaillant.

Tout exceptionnel personnel agréable souriant professionnel prêt à rendre service chambre spacieuse très agréable et très propre etc…..
Très bon restaurant en face pour le dîner et à côté aussi pour le petit déjeuner 🥞

Decent value for money
Pros:

Good location, near the night market. Good breakfast, lots of choice

Cons:

Pool pump was off and pool area and rooms could have been cleaner

The staff were pleasant.

Cons:

My room was on the top floor and had a heavily stained ceiling with holes in it and bits of plasterboard hanging down. There were wires hanging out of the wall and the AC compressor was just outside the window near the head of the bed so quite loud. The AC also barely got cold.
I did ask to change rooms but was told they were full.

Cons:

Le personnel de l'accueil est très poli, serviable, à l'écoute.
En revanche il faudrait apprendre à dire bonjour et à répondre à une salutation au personnel qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner et je ne parle pas d'un sourire ...

Good Value for the Money
Pros:

The location of this hotel if really quite good with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops right outside the door. I really liked the courtyard where you could sit in the shade and enjoy the ambiance.

The fact that they did not give us the room with a courtyard view that we booked but put us on the road side which was noisy, the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold, the beds although comfortable were falling apart, the aircon didn't work effectively, that were holes in the window frames, the swimming pool had so much bleach in it made your skin smell, none of the rooms have a balcony just a corridor outside so don't expect one, the breakfast was okay but nothing seems very clean, and generally the whole place needs gutting, it's got a depressing feel to it like a prison.

Locatie OK, maar beter te vermijden.
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is goed.
De binnentuin is een prima plek om even te zitten.

Cons:

De kamer ("luxe" volgens booking) was echt ondermaats.
Een muf hok in een hoek, schimmel op het plafond, douche bijna in de wc en de kraan bij de wastafel is nauwelijks bruikbaar (er zit een cm of 4 tussen de kraan en de wastafelrand).
Ook liggen bijna alle kamers aan de binnentuin, waar vanaf ca 07:00 herrie is (ontbijt wordt daar geserveerd en het onderhoudshok van de schoonmaak ligt daar).
Het personeel van de receptie heeft 's-avonds harde muziek aan en ook lopen ze al videobellend/filmpjes kijkend rond na 23:00 's-avonds.
Ontbijt is zeer karig, qua brood alleen erg droge toast.
