Pros:

Almost everything was great.

Cons:

At check out I was told I drank one of their paid bottles, however I bought my own when in town. After a bit back and forth it was resolved without me having to pay but still a bit of a weird experience since I didn’t even touch the free water.

L emplacement

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas séjourné dans cet hôtel car suite à un problème de climatisation, on nous a proposé une chambre borgne au 4ieme étage sans ascenseur. Nous avons donc demandé à annuler notre réservation.
Nous avons cependant pu constater que la propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous

Pros:

The staff were wonderful, helpful and always smiling from Chan and the ladies in reception and doormen to Tina and the restaurant ladies and housekeepers. The lovely staff made our stay feel special 🙏🏼😊

Good place to stay if you are site seeing
Pros:

The location was very convenient also the staff was really good. For a BB stay the breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The bathroom door was a bit of a fuss to deal with.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, camere non grandissime ma pulite, asciugacapelli, struttura con una bellissima terrazza con piscina, ottimo servizio lavanderia, colazione buona con uova preparate sul momento.

Cons:

Non ci hanno dato subito i letti separati come avevo richiesto nella prenotazione. Non ci sono le prese elettriche vicino al letto

Pros:

Todo fue maravilloso, nos atendieron muy bien, nos proporcionaron excursión para ir a ver las cascadas, estaba todo preparado, maravilloso. El desayuno aunque es de pago estaba excelente, el servicio muy bien y la habitación impecable, está a 3 min cambiado del muelle por lo que facilita mucho moverse por la isla.

ホテルの作りがおしゃれだった。
プールはとてもリラックスできた。

Cons:

ドアの下に隙間があったので、虫が入ってこないか心配だった。
この地域ではよくあることだが、シャワーに区切りがないので、シャワーを使うとトイレが濡れた。シャワーは弱めでぬるま湯程度だった。

Pros:

Czysto miła obsługa mozna polecić każdemu. Lokalizacja w centrum.

Cons:

I tu dwa problemy , hotel posiada dziedziniec że stolikami parasolami, niestety obsługa gasi światło o 23.00 bez względu na to czy ktoś siedzi czy nie , utrudnia to też dotarcie do pokoju. Śniadania,, skoro są do 9.30 i ktoś dotrze o 9.20 to jak można nie dać mu dokończyć o wyganiać o 9.30 ?
