Tevredenstellend.
Pros:

Locatie: mooie historische straat met veel sfeer van vroeger.
Achterzijde binnenplaats: rustiger (slaap)locatie dan voorzijde langs de straat, en met zeer bijzondere 'groene gevel' met een indrukwekkend geleide blauwe regen!
Interieur is bijzonder, met smaak en is het de sfeer van het voormalig gastenverblijf van het nabije klooster behouden in de interieurdetails, en toch een moderne inrichting.

Cons:

Aan de straatzijde maakt het doorgaande wegverkeer op de kasseien helaas vrij indringend geluid, van aanrijden, passeren van gevel, tot wegrijden. Vooral aan de randen van de nacht is dit storend wanneer de ramen openstaan. De ramen hebben tripleglas, prima, echter ventileren kan alleen bij kantelstand. Dus, volgende keer oordoppen mee!

Bij ´continentaal ontbijt´, ondanks ons verzoek, waren helaas geen volkoren of meergranen broodjes mogelijk (alleen wit).
Personeel was voorkomend en vlot in alle talen :)

Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Liebevolle Ausstattung und aufmersames, freundliches Personal. Ein großer Abstrich der Bewertung ist der Geräuschpegel zur Straßenseite, verursacht durch Autoverkehr und Kopfsteinpflaster. Schlafen bei gekippten Fenstern nicht möglich. Bei geschlossenen mit Ohrstöpseln möglich. Aber der Mangel an frischer Luft ist unangenehm. Das Hotel sollte fairerweise Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung stellen. Unser Zimmer 21 zur Straßenseite war ansehnlich und angenehm geräumig. Die Trennung von Bad und Waschbecken = gewöhnungsbedürftig aber ein machbarer Kompromiss. Der Preis könnte für die genannten Umstände etwas moderater ausfallen.
Die Gartenseite (leider ausgebucht) und die Garten- und Terrassenanlagen sind sehr schön.

Pros:

DE locatie van dit Hotel, midden in het centrum is prachtig. Ik had geen parkeerplaats achter hotel gereserveerd, dat is wel aan te raden want Vianden is erg druk met toeristen. We werden zeer vriendelijk onthaald en de kamer was prachtig met geweldige bedden. De douche in de ochtend was wat aan de koude kant, dit was een storing en werd verholpen. Je kunt in de omgeving van het hotel vrij parkeren en er is een prachtige route van deze parkeerplaats aan de doorgaande weg naar het centrum van Vianden. Dit looppad is werkelijk fantastisch. Wat een heerlijk weekend was het.

We payed to much for what we got and this is surely a one time visit !

The location of the hotel is good, the staff is friendly, the beds where good and the rooms where clean..and these are about the only good things i can say about hotel Heinz...

Cons:

18€ per night just to place the car on the permissies of the hotel, unguarded without camera's or barrier...is expensive...
Breakfast 15€ p/p for one mini croissant and two sandwiches with a few slides cheese and salami and two choices of jam (every morning the same) brought to the table, so no buffet, you eat what they give you...is expensive..
A shower where you barely fit in, and we are the slender size kind of people, you could not even turn yourself around in it ! Where the washing tablet was installed in the bedroom ! Instead of the bathroom... No minibar in the room and also no possibility to get anything to drink after 8pm ! But also no one at the reception or the bar after 8pm...i wander why they even had a bar.... This is not the hotel where you want to stay if you have other choices, believe me.

Parking was a disaster
Pros:

Beautiful location, breakfast was lovely. Noise in the hotel was noticeable

Cons:

The receptionist that checked us in was not pleasant. We didn't know we had to call to get reserved parking there is NO mention on your website that parking is limited, just says free parking with pictures of an empty parking lot. Please update your website, you are deceiving ppl. If I had known I had to reserve a space near the hotel I would have. The receptionist was not nice about this.
