Pros:

Despite its excellent location in the city center and the generous size of the room, the hotel falls short when it comes to cleanliness. There are cobwebs everywhere, dust that hasn’t been properly cleaned, and the carpets and furniture are old and worn. The breakfast is rather modest, but acceptable.

Pros:

Snídaně skromnější, ale bylo z čeho vybírat, snídaně už připravené od 8 bez toho, aby se člověk musel pořád prokazovat číslem pokoje jako je to jinde, takže za mě takový bonus a nebylo mnoho lidí, tak jsem seděla u okýnka s výhledem na promenádu.
Pokoj byl též s výhledem na promenádu, blízko všude a k lanovce Diana pár minut, na pokoji konvička na čaj, koupelna prostorná.

Waren zweiten Mal in dem Hotel. Ob wir drittes Mal kommen- fraglich
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zimmer relativ sauber. Kissen und Matratzen unbequem.
Frühstück war früher in dem Hotel viel besser, hat aber trotzdem gereicht

Cons:

Die Dame am Empfang nicht unbedingt die netteste.
Im Speisesaal haben wir keinen Personal gesehen

Měli jsme zaplaceny dvě noci, ale po jedné noci jsme raději odjeli. V tomto hotelu jsou vítáni pouze zahraniční turisté.
Pros:

Dobrý den. Na recepci nás uvítala neochotná recepční- ukrajinka. Měli jsme problém s parkováním, což je ve Varech běžné, ale pomoc / radu bych uvítala. Místo toho byla recepční velmi arogantní, neochotná jakkoliv komunikovat. A o český jazyk se ani nepokusila.

Cons:

Nefunkční lednice, výhled opravdu mizerný.

The hotel needs to be renovated
Pros:

Nice location, a bit noisy if the window faces the main street. It's a historical building so it is old and needs repairing.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Personal an der Rezeption war nett.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt, Frühstück war das billigste aus billigen. Hörnchen waren wie aus Gummi. Käse war wirklich schlecht. Die Mengen von Produkten war in Ordnung aber lieber wenigen und gut aus viel und ungut. Waren wir 3 Nächte da, kein Personal zum Zimmer reinigen haben wir nicht gesehen.

Für den Preis in Ordnung, man darf nicht zu viel erwarten wenn man so billig übernachten kann.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und die Zimmer waren urig eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ebenfalls in Ordnung – für den Preis sollte man natürlich keine allzu hohen Erwartungen haben. Besonders praktisch ist der Parkplatz direkt gegenüber am Wasser. Wenn man vorab reserviert, hat man dort einen tollen Stellplatz. Mit 25 € ist dieser allerdings recht teuer.

Cons:

Was mir leider überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl und Präsentation waren wirklich enttäuschend. Der Toast war qualitativ sehr schlecht und der dazugehörige Toaster wirkte stark verkokelt und leider auch nicht besonders sauber. Die Wurst wurde einfach auf einem Haufen serviert, ohne ansprechende Anrichtung. Dazu gab es eine Art Limonade, die für unseren Geschmack leider ungenießbar war.

Auch die Betten haben uns nicht überzeugt. Wir hatten extra ein Familienzimmer gebucht, damit mein Papa und ich nicht in einem Bett schlafen müssen. Das zusätzliche dritte Bett entpuppte sich allerdings als sehr altes und wenig einladendes Klappbett, auf das ich mich ehrlich gesagt nicht legen wollte.

Gerade im Hochsommer war es außerdem sehr schade, dass weder eine Klimaanlage noch ein Ventilator vorhanden waren. Insgesamt muss man natürlich berücksichtigen, dass man bei diesem Preis keine luxuriöse Ausstattung erwarten kann. Trotzdem gibt es besonders beim Frühstück, bei der Sauberkeit und beim Schlafkomfort definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial.
