Awesomeness
Pros:

The staffs are very professional, loving and friendly and also assisting. Their breakfast was Yummy and delicious. The food was top notch. I will forever book them when am in Zambia because everything was worth my money. I recommend them anytime

Exceptional 5-star hotel team service led by an exceptional, hands-on, Hotel Managing Director!
Pros:

My family and I had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel, a real definition of 'home away from home' and a rare GEM in the heart of Lusaka. Staff, including the Hotel Managing Director himself, were incredibly attentive and very helpful throughout our stay.

Compared to most hotels in Europe, breakfast at this hotel is a truly five-star, unforgettable experience and was the highlight of our stay. The buffet offered an incredible, high-quality selection ranging from freshly baked cakes to made-to-order eggs, fresh juices, and a hot food selection that felt more like a brunch service than a standard breakfast. Service was attentive, with staff clearing plates instantly and offering professional, friendly service.

The entire hotel and rooms were spotless clean, with comfortable bedding, electricity and water 24/7, a SPA and a gym on location.The hotel has a restaurant with highly skilled chefs and this made dining easy for us, we did not have to go outside the hotel for dinner, there is a wide range of food on the menu to select from, including authentic Indian cuisine.

A truly 5-star experience that I'd recommend to anyone visiting Lusaka! Special thanks to the following members of staff for their incredible service and for making our stay a memorable one: Mr. Dogukan (Hotel Managing Director), Ruth and Ruth from Housekeeping, Dainess from the SPA, Davies from the Bar, the male Night Receptionist and the younger man at the reception starting the morning shift, Rachel, Maureen, Mirriam, Faidess and Enala from the Restaurant, not forgetting Mary from Security and the other two male Security Officers. We can't wait to see you again.
