I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and felt truly taken care of from start to finish. The level of service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable.
A very special thank you to the hotel manager, Mr. Dorian Penhlivan, whose leadership clearly reflects in the high standards and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. His professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
I would also like to sincerely thank Ester at reception for her kindness and efficiency she made every interaction smooth and pleasant. John at the bar was fantastic, always friendly and attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable.
The restaurant staff were amazing, providing excellent service and creating a great dining experience every time. The pool deck team also deserves recognition for maintaining such a relaxing and well-managed environment.
Every single team member I encountered contributed to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again!

Kuba pool restaurant - took them more 2 hours to make a pizza.
