Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and restaurant.
Internet connection was a bit up and down, and slow at times.
Western Paramount was okay. When I arrived staff were welcoming at the reception. I did not go for breakfast first morning but I did second day, staff were exceptional at the kitchen on this day and breakfast was great
My disappointments though are as follows: I needed an iron every day of my stay but not once have a received the iron and ironing board within an hour. Even when i book it earlier it would take up to 2 hrs to arrive. The other time I had to wear an alternative outfit simply because I couldnt get an iron on time, I then asked for assistance from the laundry to iron my clothes they did not arrive on time. The other day they brought me a broken ironing board, i reported it, and when they came to exchange it was still another broken ironing board. I then asked the laundry lady to help iron my blue blazer because the iron was not working well either, she burnt my blazer and did not inform me. I only noticed later on
On Saturday we went to the mall and came back to the hotel, later on decided to go sit by the pool for like an hour, when returning back to the room tired because I needed to rest I found our room wide open with maintenance guy fixing the door, which I did not know had a problem. I wish the reception could have notified us on this as it disturbed my desire to rest at that time
Our flight was Sunday morning, On Saturday evening I called the reception to tell them I am to leave early morning at 0630am to the airport. I asked if they offer takeaway at the kitchen and she said yes they do. To my surprise when I got there at past 6 we cannot get a takeaway after 6am. This was sad because I had called to confirm; I had to go to the airport hungry
I was sharing a twin bed with a friend. Her bed made lots of noise the whole night as she was turning. I hope the hotel will change thar bed. The hotel is closer to the road, the noise from the cars was very disturbing, but this one was beyond their control
When leaving with a Yango, we waited 5 good minutes for a security guard who looked so unbothered as he was busy focusing on his phone. We tried to shout and hoot, he couldn't hear us because he had earphones on

Beds were awful. Asked to have the mattresses changed which was done but still not great. Very hard and uncomfortable
Was charged for billes twice
Breakfast optins are really good and has sufficient variety for people from different cultures.

The staff. I was solo travelling as a female and security is always a major concern. The man I met at the reception (I didn’t get his name, Esther (a receptionist) and Enoch (a restaurant assistant, I believe) made my stay so pleasant.
The location was also fantastic. It’s central. The food was good! The room was cozy! It’s fantastic for the price!! Lovely!
It’s African themed interior , which is also very cool
Everything was perfect but pls add a full mirror especially for female guests 😀 My room didn’t have that.
