Everything was good
I stayed at Best Western Plus Paramount Hotel Lusaka from 22–24 May and enjoyed my experience so much that I extended my stay. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. When I mentioned a small noise issue with my room, they promptly moved me to another room without any hassle, which showed how much they care about guest comfort.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that changed daily, so there was always something different to enjoy. The outdoor restaurant was another highlight, serving delicious food and offering a great atmosphere for relaxing with shisha in the evenings.
The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. It is within walking distance of Manda Hill Shopping Mall and conveniently close to Levy Junction Mall. The area felt safe, and transportation was never an issue, with public transport nearby and staff readily available to assist with arranging Yango rides.
Overall, I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. The combination of outstanding service, great food, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location makes this one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Lusaka. I will definitely be booking here again on future visits. Stable Internet. Amazing place

My stay at Best Western Plus was exceptionally comfortable and of high quality. The meticulous attention to cleanliness stood out, as did the dedication of staff across all departments.
Special mention goes to the Managing Director, Dogukan, and the training team—Annie and her colleague at the front desk—who made everything seamless. They create a reassuring atmosphere that makes you feel well taken care of, even when you don’t expect it.
The food was lovely, the bed extremely comfortable, and overall everything was top-notch. The only area for improvement would be the internet, which could be more reliable.
I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
