Will come back soon ...when food menu gets updated with some new options
Pros:

Breakfast was too good with ample options. the view from our room was also too good. Breakfast is something..no one should miss in BW lusaka ;-)

Cons:

Dinner menu was short of starters and veg options, rest everything was fine. We had Chana masala, It was delicious...I even had quick words with chef for the same.

It’s ok, but the quality of service has diminished.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness of the hotel. Very classic!

Cons:

Staff at front desk didn’t know which rooms were available. It took three tries to get us a clean, ready room for occupancy. Even after a delay check in they would would permit us to extend our check out.

Awesomeness
Pros:

The staffs are very professional, loving and friendly and also assisting. Their breakfast was Yummy and delicious. The food was top notch. I will forever book them when am in Zambia because everything was worth my money. I recommend them anytime
