Perfect stay for the family with pets
Pros:

The hotel has truly outstanding architecture and interior design. The lobby is absolutely stunning - elegant, atmospheric, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. Our suite was incredible: very spacious, with impressively high ceilings and beautiful designer solutions that made the entire space feel luxurious and unique. You can really feel that a lot of attention was given to aesthetics, comfort, and creating a memorable experience.

Overall, the property feels much closer to a five-star experience. The territory is private, in the marina, with beautifully maintained greenery and a lovely view that adds even more charm to the atmosphere.

The Bvlgari cosmetics were a very nice touch and added to the premium feeling of the stay. There are also the heated outdoor pool and the spa area. The restaurant - the food was very good, with balanced flavors and well-composed dishes, a good local wine selection, and truly excellent service from the restaurant staff.

We also appreciated the pet-friendly approach. Pets are accommodated only on the first floor, which actually feels like a thoughtful balance for both guests with and without animals. At the same time, pets are welcome in the restaurant and other areas of the hotel.

Other: Wi-Fi is quite fast, so you can comfortably work from the hotel if needed. Parking is underground and located nearby (€10/night). Pets are allowed for €30/night. The room includes a capsule coffee machine, kettle, tea, minibar, some snacks, and a complimentary bottle of water. Bathrobes and slippers were prepared for three guests (not just two, as is often the case), which was a very nice touch. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. There are plenty of wardrobes and storage spaces, including a dressing room. In addition to the main bathroom, there is also an extra separate toilet.

Pros:

Excellent hôtel. Décoration très soignée, petit déjeuner très haut de gamme. Personnel très accueillant, serviable et efficace. Vue splendide.

Short stays only !!
Pros:

We booked to another hotel which was changed last minute by travel company.
Hotel looks lovely , staff pleasant but this is not a holiday hotel it is an overnight stay / 2-3 day stay at most.
It's in an industrial area with absolutely nothing in the vicinity or walking distance, there is 2 bar/ restaurant a short walk away which was very disappointing.
The hotel has bars and a restaurant, the food is lovely but expensive and the hotel itself has no atmosphere at all.
There is a pool and a spa but not within the hotel, you have to walk up a hill to get to it, which is not ideal.
The old town is worth a visit , the hotel pushes the water taxi to take you at 8 euros per person, you can get an uber for 6-12 euros depending on time of day.
I would not recommend this hotel as a 'holiday' hotel and wish we had cancelled our holiday rather than being placed here .
Blaming our travel company rather than the hotel, I'm sure people who choose to come here are happy with their choice.

Ein tolles Hotel, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, schöne Lage und tolle Ausstattung
Pros:

Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich, es hat eine moderne Architektur und ist sehr interessant designed. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht mit Balkon und Blick auf die Marina und die Bucht. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben, moderne Möbel, Parkettboden, ein schönes Badezimmer mit großem Duschbereich. Die Betten sind prima und komfortabel.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant, im Spa oder die Zimmermädchen.
Wir hatten noch nie so ein leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Landestypische Leckereien, aber auch vegetarische und gluten-free Produkte.
