Pros:

The staff were so sweet: the receptionists the cleaners and the lady at the breakfast buffet. They were extremely kind and pleasant. They made our stay feel less stressful.

Cons:

Room amenities were extremely poor they only offered one pillow per person which was truly unacceptable, the rooms were giving hostel vibes walls were stripped off paint bathroom reeked of blockage smell after a day of using it (which doesn’t reflect on the cleaners who did a lovely job but on the establishment that hasn’t dealt with maintenance issues) the duvets were old the beds were so so uncomfortable and they just had mattress toppers which was weird because they only made the beds more squishy and uncomfortable and it felt like you were sleeping on a moving object. Even though the rooms were cleaned (because we saw the maids clean thoroughly the other rooms whilst we passed by), the walls were truly hideous unpainted which made the room feel so cheap and uninviting. The breakfast served on the first day we stayed was not fresh eggs were definitely made the day before, our second day (when the lady managed the buffet) everything was fresh and breakfast was quite decent. My dad had an operation which is why we stayed two nights so he could recover and the amenities (Not the cleanness - that was of course provided and nothing was wrong with it) truly couldn’t deliver the basics which is a decent sleep and a decent bathroom.

Très bon qualité/prix. Confortable et les employés très sympathiques.
Pros:

Bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec balcon et vue sur la montagne. Bien chaud en hiver. Douche plaisante.

Cons:

La seule chose c’est que l’ascenseur fait sans arrêt un bip bip qui s’entend depuis la chambre. C’est assez désagréable.
