Too many hidden charges!
Pros:

Location is great! Breakfast is good but should be included!

Cons:

Staff were hateful and acted like they could not be bothered! Parking is ridiculous at $69 a night when you have to wait 15 min to get your car

Pros:

The front staff was exceptional at both check in and check out, and the room had everything we needed. We chose the hotel based on location, and we weren't disappointed. The valet service staff were also fantastic.

Pros:

Great price, very nice and great location, walkable to Brookstone Arena! Loved the lobby bar pre-event. Unfortunately, closed when I returned.

Cons:

The Kurig in my room did not work - and had it been, the supplies were unacceptable. One caffeine-free pod, and 4 tea pods.

There are NO USB ports in the room. I was not prepared, with a wall plug, so my phone died.
