Pros:

un top cet hôtel! 3 jours en couple mais l’hôtel est prévu pour accueillir les familles avec enfants de tous ages qui bénéficieront de nombreuses attentions : buffet enfants, spa piscine enfants, jeux, animations, boissons à volonté...etc.
les adultes y trouveront aussi leur compte : excellente situation au calme, proche du centre de Seefeld, des repas excellents, certaines boissons à volonté (ice tea, eau pétillante...) grande piscine chauffée et centre spa neuf, pass transport. et un personnel toujours à l'écoute Nous n'avons surement pas profité de tous les avantages de cet hôtel en 3jours et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Cons:

nous avons pris une chambre 1er prix un peu petite et la salle de bain est datée. mais le reste compense très largement

Solides 4 Sterne Hotel mit Schwächen im Restaurant.
Pros:

Ambiente ist toll. Netter Empfang, Abwicklung beim Checkin und Checkout sehr professionell und digitalisiert.
Zimmer und Hotel insgesamt ist sauber und sehr gepflegt.
Das Frühstück war von der Qualität und der Auswahl der Speisen sehr gut. Toller SPA Bereich und schöner Außenbereich.

Cons:

Das Abendessen in Menü-Form hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Das Ganze wirkte sehr inszeniert. Zwar war das Essen ansprechend angerichtet, doch handelte es sich teilweise erkennbar um Convenience-Produkte, und geschmacklich war es leider nichts Besonderes. Das Personal war sehr eifrig, allerdings kam es an den Tischen auch zu unnötigen Diskussionen zwischen Service und Gästen. Das muss nicht sein und sollte professioneller gelöst werden. Das Restaurant ist zwar sehr groß, dennoch sitzt man recht dicht beieinander, wodurch ein wenig die Atmosphäre verloren geht.

Pros:

Frühstück und Nachtessen waren sehr gut

Cons:

Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank und keine Klimaanlage entspricht nicht einem 4 Stern Hotel

Sehr schönes familiäres Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Check-In bekamen Wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein DeLuxe Zimmer.
Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Außenanlage mit Pool. Einzige Wermutstropfen sind die fehlende Klimasteuerung und ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist enorm riesig, zumindest am Wochenende. Kalt und warm, sogar mit frischem Honig aus der Wabe.

Cons:

Im DeLuxe Zimmer kein Kühlschrank, vor allem im Sommer.
