Pike of smelly mattressses in the lobby is enough to say it

Disgusting, dirty, smelly mattresses are welcoming you in the lobby, yellow tape everywhere like a crime scene, the smell of funeral home is soaked in everything, yellow sheets, sink is hold by a 2x4 wood piece…. We just left and slept in the car. On the parking lot. It was the craziest place ever.

It was dirty throughout the hotel with construction going on never saw anyone cleaning up the dirt on the floor on the entry way into hotel or in the elevator. Room was not the cleanest. Do not think will ever be staying there again.

It was close to family we were visiting. Mrs terry was wonderful!

Cons:

It’s under construction which it didn’t mention when I booked the room. There was no pool for the kids. Didn’t like the parking situation. It was a long walk just to get to the room. I couldn’t imagine being handicap staying there.

Little disappointed, but will be back

The location and the staff.

Cons:

Facility under heavy renovation, with odors. Breakfast area was jammed into a small space and limited selection. The nightly rate should have been reduced due to this. I've stayed at this hotel.about 5 times over the last 4 or 5 yrs. The rate charged to me was the same rate when the facility was fully operational. Pool was closed too.

Quiet and Convenient
Pros:

It is close and convenient to downtown and easy to drive to! Saw the fireworks out the window of our room

Cons:

Its is under renovation so its a bit wonky but they are working on it! Im sure it will be nice when they are done

The staff was ok.

Cons:

We checked in expecting a nice hotel with a pool and things, as described. They were under major construction and the pool wasn't open. We had to change rooms because the air didn't work in the 1st one. Nothing special about the rooms or anything else. Not a good value! We were extremely disappointed that we paid so much for a room that we could have gotten much cheaper anywhere else. We won't return here. Don't waste your money.
