Clean rooms and comfortable
Pros:

Rooms were very nice, new and clean. The front desk ladies were very welcoming and explained the construction process they were going through. Breakfast was essentials only but good for what they are working with. Parking was easy and not congested.

It was a last minute need that was$20 less and the room was nicer than the Hampton.

Would never book there again even after renovations due to not being transparent about the contract.
Pros:

Was not aware of the construction going on. Had we known we never would have booked there.. parking was less than desirable as well!!!

The entire building is a complete disaster. I am sure it will be beautiful after construction is complete. They should not be charging full price for this hotel.

It under major construction and it should not be available for people to stay there as you use the service corridor and elevator to access your room, the staff seem miserable and overall it's an unpleasant experience

Pros:

The fact that the location and walking distance to downtown, Frankfurt was very easy. The parking garage was very nice inconvenient.

Cons:

Regardless of any construction and construction noise that was going on. The room was absolutely positively disgusting.

Disappointing!
Pros:

Below average. We have stayed there in previous years and the breakfast now is subpar.

Cons:

The facilities felt like they were in shambles. The elevators have workers using them so they were messy. We stayed there in July 2025, and there were doing renovations. Now it’s 2026 and they look like they have only completed 20%.

I will never stay there again
Cons:

Everything in the room was broke showered didn't work I had to plug my own lights up and the TV was out of date. There was no hot breakfast like there should have been for 150 bucks a night you should get a hot breakfast. They served a crab and go breakfast like a cheap hotel would.

Quick trip, didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel, but the hotel itself is getting worse with ongoing renovations
Pros:

Close, within walking distance to the main strip. Staff friendly & apologetic.

Cons:

Been there 3 times in the past 2 years & it’s still going under renovations, each time we have visit it’s getting worse. It’s rather pricy for such a mess. Not sure we will go back till it’s done.
