Not very comfortable and washing facilities not to good!

It was a good location

Cons:

Pillows was so thin, the bath had black mould in it and moved everytime you got in it also when switching from bath to shower it wouldn’t stick so couldn’t have a shower the tv was leant up against the wall and when turned on has grey lines running through it

It was very hot and windows did not open and no air was a terrible night the handles on the windows were broken did mention it the cleaning lady said I should of asked for a fan ? And building has sub sided that's why windows don't open

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we wanted to change tables in the restaurant. Food was pretty good, but not amazing. They did accommodate for extra things that weren't on the menu which was very helpful

Cons:

The calamari was cheap and mashed instead of real rings and the apple pie that was said to be home made was not up to scratch. We ended up not having breakfast with you and having it somewhere else, because it didn't start early enough and we had to hit the road. The rooms were big and adequate but the bathrooms could do with being updated as they were run down.

Canvey island is a lovely place, summers are brutal and there is no AC in the room.
Cons:

it was so hot and there was no AC in the room... it was baking hot in the room. The window refused to open.
