Pros:

Sono stata spesso al Motel One in varie città ed è uno dei miei hotel preferiti, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo infatti lo scelgo quasi sempre per viaggi di lavoro. Le stanze sono accoglienti, la colazione ricca e molto varia, da non perdere. A Vienna ci hanno dato una bellissima stanza all'ultimo piano con vista sulla città. Il bar aperto la sera rende l'hotel anche un luogo dove fermarsi e rilassarsi. A me piace particolarmente anche il profumo dei saponi bio che hanno in camera, i video rilassanti che partono all'ingresso, e il colore celeste di tutti i dettagli.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή στη Βιέννη.
Pros:

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Καθαρά δωμάτια, κάθε μέρα υπήρχε υπηρεσία καθαρισμού που έστρωνε τα κρεβάτια και μας έβγαζε τα σκουπίδια, βιολογικό σαμπουάν και σαπούνι χεριών. Το πρωινό πολύ ικανοποιητικό και εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα το γεγονός ότι τα περισσότερα προϊόντα ήταν βιολογικά. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ βολική γιατί είναι πολύ κοντά στο μετρό. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Perto da stação de comboio Hauptbanhoff, bom para quem é de passagem. Não tem minibar nem coffre.

Cons:

Limpeza podia ser melhor. Quarto pequeno. Preço sem pequeno almoço um pouco alto.

Location was perfect, especially the train station which was 2 mins walk from the Hotel.

Cons:

I booked a Standard Double Room with a view and specifically requested a room no higher than the 4th floor because my husband has a fear of heights. This request was confirmed by email before our arrival.

However, we were initially assigned a room on the 17th floor. After I complained, we were moved to a room on the 3rd floor, but it had courtyard view, even though we had paid for one. We were also told no refund or discount could be provided because the booking was made through Booking.com.

We paid for a more expensive room with a view but were given a lower-category room instead. I believe this was unfair and would appreciate appropriate compensation.
