地點離廣交會展場近，地下通道美食街也方便下雨通行，看展停車進出方便

la propiedad se encuentra muy descuidada, el televisor funciona con problemas, pobre mantenimiento general.

Don't have hot water any of the 3 days I stayed. Don't have gym as announced. No repeat.

Absolutely disastrous.
The complex is so dis organised the staff are unhelpful. Rooms are not worth the money paid for.

チェックイン時に広い部屋にアップグレードしてくれるというのでお願いしたのですが、その部屋はお湯が出ませんでした。フロントにお願いしましたが、にやにや笑いながら２０分出し続けてください。といわれるので、出し続けましたが出ませんでした。翌日、部屋を変えててくれるようにお願いしましたが、お湯が出るように直しましたと言われてすぐには出ましたが、夜になるとお湯が不足する様で出ませんでした。朝はお湯が出たので、お風呂にためて使いました。接客の対応も多変悪かったです。二度と利用しません。

地點近交易會場，方便。唯有些位置仍需維修，物值高

칸톤페어 전시장때문에 갔었는데 원래 가던호텔이 예약이 꽉차서 전시장 부근 아파트호텔을 이용하였습니다.
일단 전시장에서 엄청 가깝다는것에서 엄청 큰 이득입니다. 11.2홀 기준 도보 10분 -15분?파저우역은 5분이면 갑니다.

하지만 주변 시설은 별로 맛집이 없고, 바퀴벌레가 나와서 좀 짜증났습니다.
10점만점에 7점 교통적인 이점이 많네요

시설은 뭐 그냥 저냥 나쁘지않았습니다.

Myself and colleagues came over from Australia for Canton Fair and stayed here. The convenience to the fair was excellent. We were only a short walk to the Westin and the entrance to the fair. Overall we were quite happy with the apartment. There was no iron or ironing board, the wifi was a little bit and miss and there was no milk for coffee / tea. No major issues but did detract from an overall 5/5.

This is close to Canton Fair so it works but it is a $180 p/n hotel try not to pay anymore.

Good location in case you attend the expo. otherwise not a great hotel. strange smell in the room and the bed is really hard.

GOOD; HOWEVER WAITING TIME FOR LIFT TOO LONG & SLOW ; REALLY NEED MORE IMPROVEMENT.

Nice hotel

Only good on this hotel is the convenience to go to the canton fair. No restaurants nearby.

The cleanliness is below average and lift is very slow. Only to canton fair I'll stay here. Otherwise, it's not a good place to stay.

Not as good for that Price. Staff do not speak fluent mínimum english. NO breakfast.

My wife and I stayed here twice over several days while on a trip to Guangzhou for business. The hotel is very convenient to the Canton Fair which made it's location ideal. The staff were quite pleasant and helpful during check in and the room very spacious. The room came with a kitchen, one of the reasons we choose it, but the kitchen was entirely devoid of any utensils, plates, cutlery making it quite useless. The worst part was the I noticed a cockroach in the bedroom within a half an hour of checking in. The entire unit was very old and worn and had seen much better days.
On our second stay during our trip we were checked into a different room on another floor. This time we saw two cockroaches and the unit was in the same state as our first one.
To say the least we were extremely disappointed and would never stay here again.
It's really too bad as the hotel has a lot of potential and the location is ideal.
