Pros:

Good location with beautiful view of Xiangbi hill. The buffet breakfast is excellent with many varieties of choice. Nice staff and good room service.

Awesome Location and Views
Pros:

My husband and I loved this cute boutique hotel. Our room was a little smaller than others we had at bigger chain hotels, but we didn’t mind as this matched the charm of the hotel. Our room seemed newly renovated, as the interiors/fixtures felt brand new and there are a number of beautiful trinkets/decor in the room. We opted for one of the river view rooms and had an amazing view of the iconic Elephant Trunk Hill (which is worth seeing at night, as it lights up in different colors and features a projection show at certain times). Good breakfast included (with plenty of choices) on the top floor (also unparalleled views of Elephant Trunk Hill). Excellent location, as this hotel is right in the heart of the city and convenient walking distance to a number of sights.

Pros:

Great location but hotel showing its age a bit. Upgraded to suite on first floor but noisy and view of hotel canopy with flags. The rooms on floors above should be much better. Bamboo boat trip ok but avoid trip to Shangri-la unless you like staged Disney type setups.
