Average stay, don't expect too much luxury
Pros:

Good location close to the city center, walking distance from main sights and various restaurants, bars and small shops. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

A bit of an older, run-down hotel though - room was comfortable enough but don't expect Western-style luxury. The water pressure in the shower was useless and the breakfast was very mediocre. The staff was rather apathetic. No daily cleaning though.

If you like a cold shower, the place will be great.

Everything but the shower

Cons:

No hot water. There is a sign that says the hot water takes 2-3 minutes to come on, but one could wait 2-3 days...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sabaidee@Lao in Vientiane. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were lovely.
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to attractions, night market and restaurants. Great staff, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Air conditioning was a bit difficult to adjust and it was a bit cold and blew directly onto the bed
