Good hotel with excellent service
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a good location and excellent service.
Room was clean, quiet and spacious, breakfast was also good.

Cons:

Chairs and table at balcony would be good.

If you like a cold shower, the place will be great.

No hot water. There is a sign that says the hot water takes 2-3 minutes to come on, but one could wait 2-3 days...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sabaidee@Lao in Vientiane. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were lovely.
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to attractions, night market and restaurants. Great staff, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Air conditioning was a bit difficult to adjust and it was a bit cold and blew directly onto the bed

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sauber, großes Zimmer mit Balkon, bequeme Betten, Dusche mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck, sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Wir durften sogar bis 13:30 in unserem Zimmer bleiben weil wir erst Abends auf den Flughafen mussten. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

Great business hotel in Vientiane with a sumptuous breakfast
Pros:

The hotel was great, as was the buffet breakfast. I was upgraded to a Classic Double Room on the 5th floor given my Genius rank on Booking.com. Hot water in the bathroom. Mr Bounpon at the reception has to be one of the kindest hotel staff members I have ever met.

Cons:

Would have appreciated a room with a view, either of the Lao Plaza Hotel or the Black Pagoda (That Dam). My room's windows faced the inner courtyard, which was pleasant enough, but the room lacked any privacy if the curtains were open.

Excellent, comfortable, quiet hotel
Pros:

Excellent modern hotel, lovely staff, comfortable room, very good breakfast either inside or in courtyard. Only stayed one night unfortunately. Shuttle service to airport.

Great location. Quiet room.
Pros:

The court yard was nice to have breakfast in. The room was comfortable, I wish I stayed an extra night. Vientiane is a very nice city, and everywhere is walkable or short taxi ride. Staff were very helpful.

I had a good stay and liked the hotel!
Pros:

Good location, within walking distance to night food market and the river. Transport needed to go to Lao National Museum, Lao People’s Army History Museum and Pha That Luang. The Patouxai Arch is some 20 minutes away on foot. ATM and restaurants etc are only a stone throws distance away.
