Pros:

I liked the desk/help staff , the clientele was not asgood.
I didn't like the hotel allowed people to smoke on one of the floors.

Also the elevators smelled of Marijuana.
There were families living there that were loud.
Too noisy, couldn't sleep too well.

Cant really say enough. Very thankful i reserved our stay here. Above and behind what i ecpected. Very clean, very friendly service, very convenient location. Just absolutely the best stay we could have hoped for

Pros:

Located in an industrial area off the freeway. Lobby door locked 24 hours a day. Front desk manned limited hours. The front desk person was courteous but sloppily dressed.
Room was spartan in appearance. No hair dryer.
The room was clean. Cleaning staff did a great job.
I would skip this property in the future.

The room is a smoking room. I was not told I was being given a smoking room. I do not smoke.The room reeks of cigarettes, I raised the issue with the front desk and was told that all the other rooms were taken, and if I wanted to, they could send up some air freshener. To be fair, the person I spoke to at the desk, kind enough, but offered no solution. I’m sleeping with my clothes in the refrigerator so that they don’t stink in the morning.

A little expensive for one night, but still worth it! Warm and cozy beds. If you are looking for a a longer stay i definitely recommend it isn't very far from dining, shopping and even a movie theater..
