Need updates really bad and my room was dirty . Room was trash . Lady at front desk was helping to make sure we were accommodated. Changed the room a few times. She deserves some recognition for her patience and also her professionalism that was up kept while dealing with this situation. I really appreciate her act of kindness. I don’t remember her name . She is an African American woman with a nice wedding ring on her finger . Thank you very much

Péssima recepcionista. Fizemos a reserva pela plataforma e ao tentar fazer o check in fomos informados que o sistema estava fora do ar e que o hotel iria cancelar nossa reserva porque não tinha mais quarto de 2 camas disponível. Foi um fim de semana de muitos eventos em Orlando, então foi provavelmente overbooking. A funcionária da recepção parecia drogada e não conseguia explicar a situação, estava sem raciocinio logico. Um cliente estava saindo do hotel recomendando que fossemos para outro local, que ali não era apropriado para família com crianças. Tudo muito estranho. Viajei mais 2 horas para achar uma pernoite em Tampa.

Pros:

Loved the location. It was right infront of a Dutch Bros and really close to E Colonial

Cons:

There were roaches, cops showed up when we got into the room on behalf of another tenant, and the TV was left on in the room when we showed up. Also, the room had a weird smell as well.

Easy check out.

Cons:

I was not supplied with any towels. I was given 2 wash clothes. I was in the shower naked ready to dry off and NOTHING. They dont offer plates silverware cups. I have stayed at extended stays many time many cities this was hands down the worse. No one at desk when I checked out she said just throw key on the desk.

Pros:

There was some really sweet and nice staff but there was one that wasn't really friendly with every interaction, but the rest were sweethearts.

Cons:

They don't switch out towels or come to clean any of the rooms periodically, although i saw the cleaning carts daily then the fire alarm woke us up early morning and not one staff member was there to make sure ppl were out of the building.

Horrible. The main office is so tight and uninviting

Cons:

The entire place smells like cigarettes or else. The bedroom blinders allowed light from outside. There was a constant noise from the streets throughout the night.
