Pros:

It was close by all my favorite restaurants, stores, gas stations, and bars.

Cons:

It smelled bad throughout the entire building including my room. It was also extremely wore down and grimy / dirty looking throughout but especially in my room.

They also made it nearly impossible to pay them. They only take a very few card types and no cash. It took me a few hours when I got there to check in since they couldn't take literally any of my cards or of course my cash.

Friendly staff
Pros:

The man that help me when I got there was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

I couldn't get any hot water, so took a cold shower yet after 15min in it it finally got hot. And the 2nd floor has a smell to it.

Upstairs, the blinds were making noise as something—or someone—ran all around the room from 3:00 to 11:00 without stopping. I went downstairs three times to ask to change rooms; the sheets were dirty.

Michael was the only thing that was good about this place

Cons:

​Our stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The hotel is severely understaffed, and the level of cleanliness and service was completely unacceptable.
​Upon checking in, our initial room was filthy. We found hair between the sheets, hair in the bathtub, a dirty toilet, and an uncleaned microwave. We were promised the sheets would be changed before we got back from dinner, but when we returned, nothing had been done. We were forced to change them ourselves—only to discover the mattress cover had old bloodstains on it. When I walked down at 10:45 PM to demand a room switch, we were initially told there were no other rooms available.
​The entire property felt neglected. The lobby smelled heavily of smoke, dog urine, and overpowering air freshener, and there was a constant presence of sketchy individuals around the building. To make matters worse, a dog barked non-stop starting at 4:30 AM—as a service dog handler myself, I understand having animals on-site, but staff clearly exert zero control.
​The front desk staff member, Dale, was visibly miserable and completely overworked. When we were finally moved to a second room, it was barely an upgrade: the floors were filthy, there was debris under the bed, and we had no hot water for our first morning and evening.
​Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else. This property is poorly managed, untidy, and thoroughly disappointing.

Pros:

11th class I would love to come there anytime I'll be in a hotel they always treat me good to have a good people that are working in a hotel and I really appreciate them for them taking care of the customer everything I really appreciate all of them you're so nice they are good they are lovely people that work in there
