I will never ever book or stay at this hotel again. VERY UNHAPPY AND VERY UNSATISFIED NEVER AGAIN
Pros:

Once I got there I asked about towels and to have my trash taken out, bed made, and my towels replenished they said they don’t do that but every 2 weeks that I have to pay for my towels or do them myself if I would have know that I never would have booked there the room was not very clean and there was puke on the floor in the hallway it sat there for two days.

Cons:

I did not like that I felt unsafe because there were drug deals going on in the parking lot. The bed was so uncomfortable that my hips started hurting and I went to the manager and asked him if there was something he could do and he pretty much laughed at me. There were homeless people staying there and hookers where walking in and out all the time not to happy about staying at this hotel. I don’t have any photos of what I mentioned sorry.

Pros:

I was not able to even check in no staff answered phone or arrived at front desk as I was told on lobby phone to wait for a staff member. we waited and finally left due to felt unsafe i. libby area with men standing around. felt very vulnerable to possible robbery

Poor guy at the front.
Pros:

There was one man behind the counter that was really trying.

Cons:

There're was a woman in the parking lot with 2 unleashed dogs
The floors were filthy. The halls were dark. The first room I was given had maintenance painting it. The 2nd room had people occupying it. I finally asked for my money back and went elsewhere.

It was the absolute worst experience in my life
Pros:

The overall cleanliness was appalling
The staff was very controlling and confrontational.
They used eviction for reason such as footsteps thru out the day and minor disagreements to an extent that it felt weaponised. Very very unhappy
Would not ever consider another extended stay . We are leaving 3 days early and without a doubt we will be robbed for the prorate amount for early checkout.. I can tell this property is being mismanaged and no one cares

Not much. It's a run down halfway house for junkies.

Cons:

Nothing. I'm a world traveler and I felt like I was on an episode of law and order and they found a dead junkie in my room. Lightning bad. No table lamps. Bed was a worn out hospital cot. Hallways. Bad. Dark and smelled stale cigarettes. No amenities. Room door and building locks didn't work. I cut my stay short and stayed at a motel 6 which was a definite upgrade in comparison and they're known for being cheap and seedy. In more Ithan 20 years of business travel can't remember when I have stayed at a hotel this bad.

Pros:

Yes to start with I rented a room for my daughter she was robbed Abt 2 hrs before that and he money and wallet was stolen. This motel refused to let her in the room I rented with my debit card and my car dentals and put her out in the cold back out where she was robbed before. God says forgive but I can't and on top of everything else they want refund my money and no one ever got to see the room or stay there or anything this place should be held responsible for her getting really sick and trmatized I can't say what I really want to

Staff was fine. Thats about it

Cons:

I knew this place had roaches as soon as walked into the room. The smell of roach and roach traps hits you right in the face. Tried lightning a candle and that did not help. Smell was just awful. The hallway smelled better than my room
