Extended stay America in Fayetteville NC“I booked Room 211 and found live roaches and unsanitary conditions. upon arriving the hotel was very dirty smell of cigarettes and Marijuana. when entering the room there were dirty walls, bathtub was absolutely filthy. I have photos documentation. Dirty or poorly maintained rooms. The bathtub was black and dirty, plus you’re dealing with roaches and cigarette smell, that’s not just “minor inconvenience” — that’s a legitimate cleanliness and sanitation issue.
In Fayetteville, hotels are expected to meet basic health and lodging standards. A filthy bathtub alone is unacceptable. Combined with pests and smoke odor, you absolutely have grounds to demand action. I am requesting a full refund immediately. If not resolved, I will be filing formal complaints with the Board of Health and disputing the charge with my credit card company.” Thank you Deanna or John

The room was disgusting. There was dead bugs, crust, and stains all over the walls. There was dead bugs all over the room and living baby roaches crawling on the wall. The toilet was disgusting. There was hair and urine on the back of the toilet.

Mrs. Angela she has a sweet blessed smile on her face everyday the place is clean and the elevator thank y'all for the stay .

Well the elevator used to be dirty and a the lobby used to be dirty but everything is clean now.

I the house keeper the twins they work as team workers and Mrs Angela she's a very good person who makes sure that everything is good for you 🙏💜.
