La limpieza, el mantenimiento, muy mal olor, pasillos, elevador, no habia jabón ni para lavarse las manos. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad actual del hotel.

it was not clean at all the floor was sticky like it’s never been mopped killed 3 roaches in the room the hallways all had a smell like each floor smelled different it smelled kinda of moldy the check in room smelled like weed

Roach infested.

Dirty roach infested hotel there roaches everywhere we had to pick up the sleeping kids and leave because they were everywhere.

Cucarachas en toda la habitación en la cama en el baño en el área de preparar alimentos en la refrigeradora, un ambiente muy pesado para familia con niños mucha gente fumando marihuana y demás cosas, el personal despues de pagar se molesto porque pedimos la devolución del dinero tuve que hacer el raclamo también a su sección de servicio al cliente para poder hacerlo valer, en otras habitaciones habían hasta perros american stanford dentro de ellas en fin nada familiar el ambiente.
