Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältniss, Familienzimmer mit 2 Räumen und 2 Fernseher. Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Nicht alles war sauber, neben dem Bett lag noch ein Spielzeug von den Gästen vor uns. Das Ausziebett hatt extrem gequietscht und gewackelt.

Sehr schöner Kurztrip nach Konstanz in Hotel mit Top-Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, um sowohl in die Innenstadt von Konstanz als auch in die Umgebung zu kommen. Wir hatten wieder ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zum Parkplatz hin. Vor dem Haus gab es kostenlose Parkplätze für die Hotelgäste. Das Zimmer ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Am zweiten Tag war unser Zimmer nicht gemacht worden, obwohl wir den entsprechenden Hinweis draußen an die Tür gehängt hatten. Auch fehlte nach der ersten Reinigung die Duschmatte und das leere Duschgel war nicht nachgefüllt worden. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat sich aber sofort der Sache angenommen.

La déco était bien, l'aménagement pratique.

Cons:

Personnel assez désagréable et incompétent. Nous avons été mal accueilli et chaque interaction était compliquée. Parking non réservable et avec bien trop peu de place. L'emplacement hors de la ville et sans qu'aucune explication ne nous soit jamais donné sur les moyens d'atteindre le centre. Le ménage n'a pas été fait un jour alors que nous avions suspendus la pancarte pour. La lumière de la salle de bain s'allume toute seule ce qui est stupide et fort désagréable au milieu de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner était quelconque et il y avait énormément de monde pour un espace trop petit.

Das neue Hotel ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet, auch für Familien.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok. Es war für alle etwas dabei, auch für Vegetarier.
Familienzimmer war schön groß und sehr sauber. Toll war der Fahrradkeller.
Busticket für den Nahverkehr inkl., wir haben das Auto vor Ort nicht benötigt.
Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig.

Cons:

Das Sofabett war klein, und nicht sehr bequem.
Sehr wenig kostenlose Parkplätze im Freien, dafür eine günstige Tiefgarage (10€)

Never will come back to this hotel.
Pros:

The transport possibility to town by bus 6.

Cons:

There is no cleaning in the room. Bed and bathroom were in same condition in the evening as we had left the room in the morning. Roomcleaning will be done only once in three days!!! You pretend to be a 3 star hotel!!!
