Pros:

Location. Very close to the Rabat Ville train station. Walking in about 10 minutes easily. Nice area. Very convenient for food and transportation.

Cons:

A few fliers were in the room when we came in. Too warm in the room and no way we can adjust that as cool AC was not available.

Si vous n'avez pas d'autre choix...
Pros:

Plus un hotel pour voyageurs d'affaire que pour touriste. Chambre confortable mais peu de place pour ouvrir ses valises et peu d'espaces de rangement disponibles. Accès en ascenseur apprécié. Situation géographique idéale pour ceux qui doivent prendre le train.

Cons:

Prises et point d'éclairage qui ne fonctionnent pas, climatisation difficilement réglable, polution lumineuse nocturne du frigo. Petit déjeuner quelconque (sauf le pain) et personnel peu concerné par notre présence et par nos comandes.
Et pour finir, l'hotel travail avec un taximan possédant un véhicule en mauvais état et pas adapté pur 3 personnes et 3 valises. Nous n'y retournerons surement pas !

Good location close to station. Nice bedroom and breakfast. Friendly and professional staff.
Pros:

Good location close to main train station, staff were very friendly, helpful and professionall (especially Mohammed, Driss & Hicham). Nice modern bedroom, nice breakfast, good value.

location walking distance in rabat tren station. room is okey

Cons:

From the start during our check in process there was a little bit mis understanding regarding of our booking that we had to pay for additional of almost 100 euro for a little bit mistake regarding of putting the exact persons per room. per room was already organized according with their names( 3 persons per room) but the staff told us we need to pay additional amount because even if the room was stated good for 3 persons with according to their names the records shows that the persons declared during the booking process shows only good for one person only, which is what the F?? does he think that I'm insane to booked triple room and only one people will stay during at night? I was really mad that time because the receptionist was so rude that he never listened about our explanations, okey if it was mistake that based on the records per room was stated only for one person, but atleast he should consider us not to pay more additional amount because still the amount per room is good for 3 persons.and we pay the exact amount for 3 persons. but clearly the receptionist doesn't want to accept our explanations,what he always telling us is to pay additional amount which made our entire nerve so stressful.

Overall good, but some improvements could be made.
Pros:

The location is great. Close to Rabat Ville Train Station. Close to shops and restaurants. It’s in the heart of town. My room had adequate space. The room had a heating system. The front desk staff speak English, French and Arabic and are helpful. Hotel has a nice restaurant and terrace.

Cons:

I did not like the breakfast. It was the same every day and mostly consisted of wheat products like bread, croissant, etc. Breakfast had protein options apart from boiled egg. They served omelette upon request. The breakfast may be fine for some guests but just too basic for me. The hotel needs some effort in this area because their “a la carte” lunches and dinners are great (thought slightly but understandably pricy), so they can at least do same for the breakfast. Breakfast definitely needs improvement.

The room had no kettle for tea. Most good hotels normally have that. It’s not too much to ask. I’m also not sure about how often my bedsheets were changed. I’m afraid that for the 11 days I was there, it wasn’t changed twice. I was told it’s done every 3 days but I have doubts if it was changed more than once. Changing bedsheets should be standard.
