Приезжал в командировку на двое суток, приехал в отель за четыре часа до времени поселения, Сотрудники на отеля на reception доброжелательны и приветливы, постарались сделать проживание комфортным - посмотрели наличие свободных номеров, предложили несколько вариантов и поселили без всякой доплаты за ранний заезд. Завтрак достаточно разнообразный, в номере все необходимое. Удобная охраняемая парковка входит в стоимость номера. Из минусов: утром от отеля в центр-сплошные пробки, но до аэропорта «Платов» удобно добираться по объездной 20-25 минут. Пожалуйста, обратите внимание: в навигатор ввел адрес отеля, номер дома 78 по улице 50 лет Ростсельмаша, оказалось опечатка правильный номер дома 7-В. Хороший отель за свою стоимость, следующий раз буду останавливаться в нем, так как не хватило времени посетить спa-комплекс.

Beutiful hotel in a shady area.
Pros:

Very nice and beutiful hotel, everything was perfect exept the location (it was like a industry area) . The breakfast was nice but not much to choose from. We got complimentary white wines when we checked in. (It was during world cup football).

Заезд без замечаний. Приветствнный бокал вина. Спа центр небольшой. Финская баня не работает. Только хамам. В ресторане живая музыка. Но в счёте указана оплата отдельной строкой оплата музыки. Номер чистый. Сейф в номере НЕ РАБОТАЛ! Девушка с ресепции помочь не смогла. А дежурного техника в отеле не оказалось. Такси вызвали быстро. Выезд без замечаний.

Сам отель отличный (хороший и качественный ремонт, просторные номера). Имеется подогреваемый бассейн, что важно если вы с маленькими детьми.
Но при этом нашёлся единственный минус особенно для отеля 4* - это повар!!! Из 6 блюд не понравилось ни одно, пиво наливали так, что было пол стакана пены. Поэтому рекомендую отель, но кушать лучше идите в любое другое заведение, пока владельцы не поменяют повара и бармена!!! (На трипэндвацзере тоже нашли такие же отзывы про этот ресторан).

Sauberes Hotel mit super Service!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig außerhalb des Zentrums, was für mich und meine Frau kein Problem war, da mit dem Taxi das Zentrum in 20 bis 30 Minuten erreicht werden kann, je nach Verkehrslage. Die nächst gelegene Shopping Mall (Gorizont) ist ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt und sicher einen Besuch wert. Die Luft ist außerhalb des Zentrums ist nicht so stickig und im Sommer oder Frühling auch nicht so erdrückend heiß.

Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und hat gutes englisch. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Das essen ist Top und auch günstig. Ab Frühling kann man gemütlich zum essen oder trinken draußen sitzen und am Abend die Live Musik genießen.

Die Hotelanlage wird stetig renoviert und ausgebaut. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein aber modern und sauber.

Wir bedanken uns herzlich beim Personal für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher wieder:-)
