La piscina
El desayuno horrible, en la habitación había cucarachas y las instalaciones parecían muy dejadas como que hace tiempo q no se invierte en mejorar ni mantener el hotel en buenas condiciones.
Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas parece uno de 2
La piscina y la habitación con aire acondicionado
La mesa de billar deteriorada, la fachada y las habitaciones por fuera les hace falta mantenimiento, limpieza y pintado
La amplitud, el estacionamiento y el aire acondicionado en la habitación.
El restaurante cuenta con una carta variada, agradable y a precios muy razonables, con atención esmerada.
Me da pena observar que el hotel no cuenta con acabados de calidad, hay muchos detalles a reemplazar en los baños. Me tocó un lavadero descuadrado y tarrajeado de mala manera.
Otro detalle es la piscina. Yo me hospede con mi esposa 2 noches y justo el día que nos provocó ingresar a darnos un chapuzón observamos que el agua estaba completamente turbia, no se apreciaba el fondo.
En resumen, si corrigieran estos detalles, estoy seguro que les darían una mejor calificación porque el hotel es muy bonito, se nota bastante inversión, pero se observa descuidado.
Es la segunda vez que voy y en ambas oportunidades todo estuvo muy bien, la atención del personal es inmediata y todos muy educados
Hubo karaoke esa noche y creo que deberían ver la forma de evitar que el ruido sea tan fuerte. Me parece que hay aislantes del ruido de manera que los que queremos descansar podamos hacerlo. Igual yo volveria
El hotel, bonito y el personal muy amable desde la orientación por teléfono hasta el servicio en el hotel.
el desayuno es muy básico, deben dar opciones alternas como diferentes tipos de pan, tostadas, leche, los jugos deliciosos pero demasiado helados en invierno y para dos personas de 73 años, se debe considerar esos detalles y la comida agradable pero no había lo tipico de la ciudad como la sopa seca.

No habia limpieza, ni buen mantenimiento a la infraestructura

El edredon sucio, con polvo y unas manchas como de labial rojo, habia cucarachas en el baño, cortinas sucias del baño y azulejos sucios, el diseño de la ducha hace que todo el baño se innunde

No habia snacks en la refrigeradora , el colchón muy duro, además que me cobraron en dólares cuando el monto que salio en booking fue en soles, el cual fue mas del costo original

La TV smart tiene bloqueado el wifi, el wifi para lo equipos móviles o laptop muy lento o no se conectaba
Deberian cambiar las Sábanas, las Almohadas(despelusadas y generan hasta hincones por las Plumas
LOS DIFERENTES AMBIENTES.
Que no haya atención hasta tarde.
