Le calme d’Aghios Ioannis par rapport à d’autres endroits de Mykonos. Le bus local juste devant pour aller dans le centre ville (2,20€ par trajet et par personne) toutes les 30 min jusqu’à 2h30 du matin. La gentillesse de nos hôtes , toujours prêts à rendre service. Les petits déjeuners super , en particulier le jus d’orange pressé, magnifique !
L’hôtel mérite amplement sa catégorie et la kitchenette est un vrai plus

We spent 7 wonderful days at Lithos by Spyros & Flora, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Mykonos. My wife, our daughter and I felt at home from the very first moment.

A special thank you to Mario and Marina, whose warmth, hospitality and availability made our stay even more special. They were always there whenever we needed anything, with genuine kindness and a welcoming smile.

The breakfast is excellent, with great quality and variety - the perfect way to start each day. And the location is simply fantastic, in our opinion one of the best locations to stay on the island.

We absolutely loved our experience and would happily return. If you are looking for a beautiful place, a great location and, above all, genuine Greek hospitality, Lithos by Spyros & Flora is definitely the place to stay.

Everything was amazing !! We were welcomed by the most wonderful hosts. The suits were spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and a balcony overlooking breathtaking view. The swimming pool is over looking the most beautiful scenery you can’t get enough of. The location is perfect - a few min from a beach, lovely restaurants and a mini market. Right outside the property, there is a local bus (€2.20) that takes to the town about 10min drive.

Micul dejun foarte bun. Loacatia foarte buna. Cu siguranta in Mykonos voi merge doar la aceasta locatie, rar mi-a fost dat sa intalnesc oameni atat de primitori si locatie asa superba.Marios si Marina, plus baiatul de la bar, nu i-am retinut numele dar stiu ca este din Pakistan, niste oameni extraordinari, te ajuta cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie, Daca vrei sa ajungi in Mykonos alege locatia aceasta si nu vei avea nimic de reprosat, totul la superlativ!

The hosts are the nicest and most welcoming people, they gave us a nice tour, helped us have an amazing vacation and they adjusted to our schedule for the check-in and the breakfast. The rooms are even nicer in real life, clean and spacious, with beautiful balconies overlooking the pool and the sea. The pool was incredible, they had a pool bar with drinks and snacks available. The bus station being right outside the hotel helped a lot. If you have any doubts in choosing this accomodation, think again!! Everything was exceptional!!

Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel! ❤️ Wszystko było naprawdę świetne. Cała obsługa jest niezwykle przyjazna, serdeczna i pomocna, przez cały pobyt czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani, niemal jak w domu.

Pokoje były bardzo czyste i zadbane, a atmosfera w hotelu sprzyjała prawdziwemu odpoczynkowi i relaksowi. Ogromnym plusem jest również lokalizacja – tuż przy hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego co około pół godziny można dojechać do miasta.

Dawno nie byliśmy w miejscu, w którym czulibyśmy się tak dobrze i swobodnie. To był naprawdę wyjątkowy pobyt i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie. Z całego serca polecam! ❤️

Detta var något av det bästa hotell jag någonsin bott på 10 /10. Jättefräscht överallt, super serviceminded personal, kändes verkligen att de hade kärlek till detta hotell. Mycket mycket god och fräsch frukost, som intogs ute under tak med fantastisk utsikt ut över havet. Handdukar till både pool och strand var en självklarhet, så fort man var i poolområdet kom de med vatten och fyllde på hela tiden (gratis)
Mario och Marina med personal var de mest proffsiga och trevliga hotellägare vi mött. Återvänder vi till Mykonos igen finns inget annat hotell, i dessa lugna omgivningar.

From the very first day, we were surrounded by incredible care and hospitality. The entire staff was genuinely warm, kind, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed.

A very special thank you to Mario! We were in touch with him practically 24/7. He helped us arrange a rental car, recommended routes and places to visit, and helped us with parking. His genuine care and attention made our stay even more special.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, stylish, incredibly clean, and actually look even better in real life than in the photos. The housekeeping is exceptional — sometimes we would barely finish breakfast, and by the time we returned, our room was already perfectly cleaned. The entire hotel is beautifully maintained, and the pool is cleaned every day.

Breakfast is simple but absolutely delicious and always very fresh. And, of course, the beautiful sea view makes everything even more special.

The location is also very convenient: there is parking, and a bus stop is right next to the hotel, which is a huge advantage in Mykonos.

The most interesting part is that we found this hotel completely by accident. But now it feels like that little accident somehow turned into fate. ❤️

Ho apprezzato in modo particolare l'accoglienza,la pulizia e la disponibilità. L'hotel è tenuto in maniera impeccabile e la disponibilità dei proprietari è dello staff ha reso la nostra vacanza davvero confortevole e piacevole. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il modo in cui veniva servita la prima colazione, niente buffet caotici, ma un piatto ricco, servito a tavola, con croissant, pancake, pane, sfogliatina agli spinaci, pane, formaggio, uova e yogurt, a centro tavola una freschissima Macedonia di frutta, acqua e spremuta di arancia e qualsiasi tipo di caffè, cappuccini etc. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per raggiungere il centro, ma risulta in una posizione molto tranquilla, lontana a sufficienza da locali chiassosi. Dalla camera si gode di un fantastico panorama, almeno da quelle superior. Si può godere dello stesso panorama anche da bordo piscina, dove si trova anche il pool bar aperto fino a tarda sera. I proprietari e lo staff sono delle persone fantastiche, sempre sorridenti, pazienti e disponibili. Raccomando assolutamente questo posto a famiglie con bambini o coppie che cercano una vacanze di qualità in un posto fancy ma tranquillo.

Appartement spacieux et hyper propre avec une literie très confortable. La petite kitchenette permet de se restaurer sur place. Mais ce qui fait de cet établissement un établissement à part est sans aucun doute l’attention et la gentillesse des hôtes : sourires, attentions, conseils … on finit par se sentir comme à la maison

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschön familiär geführten Hotel vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die herzliche Art der Gastgeber ist wirklich etwas Besonderes – man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Liebe und Engagement dieses Hotel geführt wird. Wir wurden nicht nur freundlich empfangen, sondern während des gesamten Aufenthalts in allen Belangen unterstützt und mit wertvollen Tipps zu Ausflügen, Stränden und Restaurants versorgt.
Das Hotel selbst ist hervorragend durchdacht. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und der Gemeinschaftsbereiche wirkt sehr harmonisch und praktisch, sodass man sowohl Ruhe als auch einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer genießen kann. Der Poolbereich ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit: Alles war jederzeit makellos, und der tägliche Wechsel der Handtücher hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Man spürt überall die große Aufmerksamkeit für Details und den hohen Anspruch an Qualität.
