Pros:

We arrived early on the day of check in to store our bags and we offered breakfast. The location is very convenient and the building is the former auto club building with some original detailing.

Cons:

You can hear traffic noise.

Breakfast is included so that cuts down on the cost of eating out.
Beds and pillows comfy.
Oatmeal, fruit, yoghurt options for a healthy breakfast very much appreciated.

Cons:
So NOISY! The first night was the worst night sleep I’ve had in a long time. I understand that the central location means there’s potentially a lot of traffic but I was not prepared for how much noise would interfere with sleeping. There may as well have not even been a window. They’re not sound proofed at all (why? This is perfectly possible). At 1:30am a garbage truck came to empty dumpsters and took a loooong noisy time about doing so. Sirens. Loud vehicle noises. It was like sleeping at a construction site. I ended up having to sleep with headphones in playing white noise directly into my ears.

The room was ok. Not as spacious as it looked on the website. Furniture falling apart. No extractor fan in bathroom (or very subtle one?). AC unit makes constant high pitch whining noise.

Nothing much to watch on TV (weird minimal channels). Coffee maker very basic.

Breakfast is included so that’s great but obviously it’s not the highest quality. The omelet was not good. Must have been made from frozen. Didn’t taste like egg.

Cons:

The room door (506) doesn't always close completely. It will get stuck, not terrible. But, if someone doesn't pay attention, it may not fully close.
Would have liked other places besides LL to fill a water bottle.

Pros:

Soggiorno molto piacevole! Struttura pulita e in una posizione fantastica, a due passi dal mare. Colazione buona e variegata, con ampia scelta per iniziare al meglio la giornata.
Personale sempre gentile e disponibile, il proprietario davvero attento e accogliente. Molto apprezzata anche la nuova palestra, ben attrezzata. Un grazie anche al barman simpatico, professionale e sempre sorridente.
