Location was perfect. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Exercise room had 2 pieces of equipment that worked. Rest were broken. Asked about it and asked about towels or wipes. None for the stay. Didn’t clean room for 4 days. Was supposed to be every other day cleaning.

The hotel was nice and clean. Room was too small for two ppl for a three day stay. Staff was amazing

The room was very small for a king bed and two people. Just one bedside drawer and a small closet wasn’t enough. Bar wasn’t available as was stated.

We did not get crib and the front guest told they dont have anymore, when we specifically had placed request. My husband slpet on floor, they dint give us mattress too

Pros:

Aunque la habitación es un poco pequeña, es perfecta para descansar. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro y cerca de los sitios turísticos. El servicio fue excelente desde el primer momento, incluso nos entregaron la habitación antes de tiempo. El desayuno es delicioso y puedes repetir, tal como nos gusta a los colombianos. Volvería a escoger este hotel
