Pros:

Só da propaganda e anuncio.

Cons:

Hotel camcelou minha reserva apenas horas antes de eu chegar, como estava em voo só vi quando cheguei na frente do Hotel e com um frio de -10 graus em Chicago tive que buscar outra acomodaçao em cima da hora, com incontaveis transtornos , custos e imprevistos.

Mas bueno que malo
Pros:

La cama y almoadas se me hicieron comodas. Me gustaron los productos de higiene personal que proveen y ame que las cortinas tuvieran el cuarto super oscuro. Las personas de recepcion fueron amables y atentos. La ubicacion me parecio perfecta para turistear.

Cons:

Estuvo bien pero olia muy feo, pensamos que era el drenaje pero al final que estabamos checando que no se nos quedara nada, nos dimos cuenta que era porque el huesped anterior habia dejado comida en un cajon y estaba hechada a perder. En la regadera era muy complicado regular el agua para banarse, ya que la llave estaba demasiado floja y se iba de lo helado a lo caliente y viceversa con soltarla.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mitten in Downtown. Fussläufig vieles zügig erreichbar. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Zimmer schön groß. Preis-Leistung vollkommen ok

I’d stay here again 😊
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and abundant and I appreciate the length of time that it is available to eat. The staff was very supportive and when I had a need they were polite and responsive. One older gentleman named Marco was so nice when we needed a box fan in the room and more bathroom tissue. Maintenance was “Johnny on the spot” when our door lock needed a new battery so we could use our room keys. When we first approached the room the room keys did not function but the staff quickly responded .

El hotel tiene una super ubicacion, cerca de las atracciones principales y de las lineas de metro y bus de Chicago. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad, tienes cafe y te todo el dia, ademas cuentan con una pequeña tienda de primeras necesidades y un microondas en recepcion para uso de huespedes con platos, vasos y cubiertos desechables. La habitacion con el tamaño adecuado, tiene productos de higiene incluida crema humectante corporal, espejo de cuerpo entero, buena iluminacion. Todo perfecto

Cons:

Tuve problema con el cobro, que no fue lo indicado en la reserva de booking, sin embargo luego de enviar el reclamo y adjuntar la papeleria necesaria, he recibido el reembolso.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w samym Centrum Chicago. Większość najważniejszych atrakcji dostępna w odległości 15-20 minut spacerem. Pokoje czyste, z wygodnymi łóżkami. W lobby ciepłe napoje dostępne przez cały dzień, co zwłaszcza zimą jest ogromnym atutem hotelu.

Cons:

Można by było się trochę przyczepić do zbyt niskiej temperatury w pokojach, ale biorąc pod uwagę, że nasz pobyt przypadł na okres najwiekszych mrozów ( -24 st.C w ciągu dnia), to nie stanowiło to jakiegoś większego problemu.

Pedí una habitación con 2 camas y me dieron una habitación con una cama y un sofá cama debido a una remodelación pero me hubiera gustado pues tener las 2 camas como acordado.

Las ubicación del hotel es excelente, está justo en el centro a un paso de todos los lugares importantes o interesantes, la verdad que lo recomiendo mucho. El precio es muy accesible por la ubicación en la que está y es genial que incluya el desayuno.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas y equipadas.
En general las inhalaciones están un poco pequeñas pero acogedoras, es prefecto para llegar a descansar después de un largo día conociendo la ciudad.
Definitivamente volvería a quedarme en este hotel.

Cons:

Tardaron un poco en asignarnos habitación porque estaban haciendo algunas reparaciones.
La chicas de la recepción no eran bilingües.

Excellent stay in the heart of Chicago
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for four days and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is outstanding—very central and perfect for visiting Chicago’s main tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, and the service was consistently great throughout our stay. Breakfast was included every morning and offered a delicious and varied selection. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Chicago.
