Pros:

Las ubicación del hotel es excelente, está justo en el centro a un paso de todos los lugares importantes o interesantes, la verdad que lo recomiendo mucho. El precio es muy accesible por la ubicación en la que está y es genial que incluya el desayuno.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas y equipadas.
En general las inhalaciones están un poco pequeñas pero acogedoras, es prefecto para llegar a descansar después de un largo día conociendo la ciudad.
Definitivamente volvería a quedarme en este hotel.

Cons:

Tardaron un poco en asignarnos habitación porque estaban haciendo algunas reparaciones.
La chicas de la recepción no eran bilingües.

The Staff was extremely nice.

Cons:

Pedí una habitación con 2 camas y me dieron una habitación con una cama y un sofá cama debido a una remodelación pero me hubiera gustado pues tener las 2 camas como acordado.

Excellent stay in the heart of Chicago
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for four days and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is outstanding—very central and perfect for visiting Chicago’s main tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, and the service was consistently great throughout our stay. Breakfast was included every morning and offered a delicious and varied selection. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Chicago.

Pros:

Comfortable hotel in a great location. The breakfast was good. A complementary coffee/tea station was open all day which we really appreciated during the cold January days!

Cons:

They advertised they had a “gym” ….But the only thing usable was a bike. All treadmills were out of order. Maybe some of dumbbells would be useful.

I didn't get the room I booked. So uncomfortable with it.
Pros:

The breakfast is awesome. The location is so convenient. Staff is welcoming. Bathroom is clean and well equipped. Elevators are so quicker and convenient

Cons:

They didn't give me the booked room. Although I booked a two king size bed room I got only one king size bed. Then they told me they will provide a rolling bed. But the room is so small and not spacious to have such. Then again I requested to have a bigger room at least. I got a king size bed and a sofa bed where the latter is so uncomfortable. I travelled with my two children. None of them were willing to have it. Finally we all three rolled in one bed. I am not happy about the room, for not getting the booked room.
