Cons:

Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe auf Papptellern mit Plastikbesteck. Schlechter geht es fast nicht. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ist aber dadurch selbst im 11. Stockwerk sehr laut.

Overall, my stay was great!
Pros:

It was in the heart of downtown and close to all the sightseeing activities. The staff were amazing and helpful and the hotel was clean

I really missed a handheld showerhead. My hair does not need washing every time I take a shower, but my ladyparts do.

A great place to visit in Chicago
Pros:

The hotel is very well located (very close to the Riverwalk and downtown) and quiet. It's in a great location for exploring the main tourist attractions on foot. The three rooms we booked were spacious and well-equipped. The staff was helpful and very friendly.
