Albatros Hotel

It is located in the walking distance from the public bus on the street as well as the hub in Fira. People are very nice and breakfast is good.

It was ok. Manager was friendly and helpful but they offered breakfast and the food wasn’t good and the kitchen service wasn’t helpful. The hotel is at a great location.
It’s a family business but they need to improve in service and management

Room size is okay, location around the hotel is good and walkable to Fira. The bus stop is near the hotel. Staff is polite and helpful.

Bathrooms are outdated and small, no water pressure, which was frustrating. Pool was not clean.

The staff bana was excellent all the staff are friendly the location is centre of everything hotel is clean

Ac was difficult to figure out and it was noisy as well as the bathroom fan. Shower is pretty iffy. Breakfast was so so.

Staff was outstanding. Room was marginal, although clean. Furniture very dated - shower inadequate. Pool was closed temporarily. Breakfast good.

Not a practical place tp stay the lady on the fromt desk was very rude to speak to. Pls dont go by the pictures. As they are deceiving. I would not recommend this hotel for a family. The showers are so small that you cannot take a shower well enought .

Overall was quite nice, friendly desk and clean room. I stayed 2 nights. It is bit far from city but still cheaper than others.

Perfect place. The hotel is well located. Near the city center (10 minutes by walk), and the bus station is across the street. The staff is ready ro help you.

The pool was lovely.
Location was quiet but this could be interrupted by people coming home noisily at night.
The shower was also a bit tricky to use without flooding the bathroom.

Loved this place! Bus stop to everything was right there and it is centrally located. Staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and happy all the time. Even though check out time is 11:00 am, my flight wasn't until almost midnight and they let me hang out there all day and use their amenities. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The pool was relaxing and also very clean. If I go back, I would definitely stay there again!

A well-located central spot with bus stop outside to access all parts of santorini within 30 mins. Pool is great and local restaurants/supermarket/coffee shops nearby. Staff are generally professional and able to offer help and advice.

the location is very nice like 2mins drive from fira and 30mins drive to oia.But the hotel I think expedia charge us to much as the hotel is nice in reception and friendly staff but the hotel itself is im not happy for the amount I pay the shower curtain sticking to my skin when We shower.And although they give me big room because I have child.But still Im not satisfied the blanket maybe its been there ages.Everynight we have itching skin after we use the bed.And the swimming pool which is my daughter is excited with is closed maybe they give me notice that during this season they close the swimming pool.I think they open that on summer.overall i give maybe 2.5/5.

Nice, clean friendly hotel. Centrally located on the island. Fira is about a 10-15 minute walk, however, a bike/atv rental place is right across the street.

We selected the albatros for the price and central location. It was great for a budget stay, breakfast was small and not many options but was all we needed. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable enough for a few days.
